In recent years,subsea production system has gradually been a critical equipment in deep-sea oil exploration and development.China start late in the study of subsea wellhead and oil equipment technology and is still in a blank state in the design,manufacturing and maintenance of the entire subsea production system.With the CNOOC develop the South China Sea deepwater and oil fields marginal oil resources,as the most important part of subsea production system,the subsea tree and related equipment more widely used in the offshore oil production,the work of its maintenance and safe operation will be increasingly important.Therefore,this article selects the “Research on ground test unit for subsea tree system” as the research topic,has important theoretical significance and application value.This paper carries out systematic and thorough theoretical and experimental research work around the subject,and receives the following findings:(1)A subsea tree system test method is presented.Through consulting relevant information and documents at home and abroad,this article studies abroad subsea tree structure and working principle,analyzes the Liuhua 11-1 oilfield subsea horizontal Christmas tree,and on this basis,a subsea tree system test method is presented for Liuhua 11-1 oilfield subsea horizontal Christmas tree by reference the relevant standard,literature and(Factory Acceptance Test),SIT(System Integration Test)of subsea tree and other test data at home and abroad,the test method has good scalability,applicable to other subsea trees.(2)A subsea tree system ground test unit prototype is developed,including hydraulic control system and electrical control systems.The hydraulic control system includes a fuel tank,high-pressure pump loop,water pump loop,accumulators group,regulator circuit,return circuit and interface circuit.The electrical control systems develops with the Siemens S7-300 series PLC as the lower computer and the WinCC configuration software as the upper computer.(3)The work of testing and verification applications for subsea tree system ground test unit is launched.The purpose of testing is to understand the machine's performance whether meets the design requirements or not,including the action status detection of the key component,measuring instruments testing and hydraulic line pressure testing.The purpose of verification applications is to verify the ground test unit whether completes the subsea tree systems testing or not,including hydraulic control valve testing,Christmas tree connector testing and hydraulic line testing.The result shows that useing this test unit can accurately determine the circumstances of subsea tree systems and complete the subsea tree systems testing,the application effect is good.
