With the development of Measurement Whiling Drilling technology,there is a growing volume in data transmission.Therefore,it is an urgent need to improve the transmission rate of the MWD data transmission system.Based on the high transmission rate,good reliability and strong anti-jamming capability of the continuous mud wave pulse generator,it becomes an important development direction in the research of the MWD data transmission system.The key to the continuous mud wave pulse generator is the design of the permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system.This paper is focused on the design and implementation of the PMSM high temperature circuit.Firstly,the working principle of the continuous mud wave pulse generator and the control method of the rotor are introduced,also a Field Oriented Control Strategy and SVPWM algorithm are deducted in detail,which lay a foundation for the precise position and speed control of the PMSM.Secondly,the design of the PMSM drive system is introduced,which includes the power management module,the digital control system based on TMS320F28335,the inverting and drive circuit,the auxiliary circuit,the anti-jamming software and hardware.To ensure the stable operation of the drive system,kinds of protecting circuits are designed,such as short-circuit protection,voltage transient protection,over current protection,overvoltage protection,undervoltage protection,over-temperature protection and so on.Thirdly,the software of the drive system are introduced in detail,which includes FOC,PID regulator,SVPWM algorithm,PWM module configuration,current sampling and processing program design,position feedback program design,fault detection and protection program design,and the communication system design.In addition,the upper machine software for PMSM debugging is written by LabVIWE2014 of NI Company.Lastly,an experimental and test platform for PMSM control is set up and put into use.Experiment results shows that the stable operation of the drive systems is guaranteed,and the upper and lower machines have a good cooperative work at the same time.
