Research On Optimization Of Food Waste Supply Chain In City

With the rapid development of economy,people's living standard has been improved,while the food is rich in the table,at the same time,the problem of food waste has become increasingly prominent.However,due to improper disposal methods,food waste has become a potential source of food safety and ecological security.It not only affects the construction of the city's environment,but also poses a threat to human health.However,due to the food waste has a certain resource,it is rich in organic matter,water,a large number of nutrients,as well as a rich source of materials,is very suitable for the use of resources.Therefore,if the kitchen waste effectively recycling,so can avoid environmental pollution and waste of resources can be recycled,enter the ecological circle,but also will greatly ease the shortage of energy resources in China.The kitchen waste related problems have become the focus of all experts and scholars,and research scholars mostly focus on food waste resource production process,but the application and Research on supply chain management of kitchen waste in reality is relatively weak,so this paper from the supply chain layout optimization of Urumqi processing of food waste were analyzed and discussed.The paper summarizes the related literature of kitchen waste supply chain layout optimization,based on the analysis of the status quo of Urumqi food waste treatment;secondly the status of Urumqi food waste in supply chain management and the existing problems were discussed,and the amount of food waste collection situation investigation;then using principal component analysis method the statistics on the production of Urumqi food waste forecast.Through the analysis of the present situation and problems and predict the generation of infrastructure now has found that lack of food waste,to each area in the construction of kitchen waste transfer station,this paper using the exact gravity model and double objective model transfer in Urumqi food waste recycling site in planning;finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions related to food security in Urumqi supply chain layout optimization of construction waste.
