The membrane two-way stretching equipm ent,whose core m echanism of the stretching equipment is the track chain,achieves the functi ons of the m embrane heating,stretching,shaping and other membrane process by the cooperation between the track of a particular curve and the chain.It is of great significance to reduce the abrasion of the track system so as to extend the service life of the membrane two-way stretching equipment.In this paper,the plane kinem atics theory of connecting rod m echanism and D'Alembert's principle are adop ted to s imulate and verif y the five-link m odel of the chain-clamp unit,so as to solve the problem concerning of the abrasion of the track and the speed of the chain clamp unit,which provides a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the synchronous m embrane two-way stretching equipm ent.A five-link model of track chain is esta blished based on the theory of plane kinem atics of link mechanism,and the derivation of kinem atics equation is m ade.The correctness of the model is verified by simulation analysis,and then the speed and acceleration of each bar of the chain are obtained.The dynam ic equation is established for the five-link m odel of the track chain unit by using the D'Alem bert's principle,and the relationship between the angular velocity,angular acceleration of the rod and the interaction force that occurs in the track and the bar is obtained by solving the kinetic equation.It is found that there is a large velocity fluctuation at the poin t on the c enter line of the out er race by t he motion simulation of orbital chain system by RECURDYN Multi-body Dyn amics Simulation Software,and it is pointed out that velocity fluctuation is the main factor that caus es the vibration and orbit abrasion of chain system.In this paper,the track centerline is optimized.The results of the analy sis show that the sp eed fluctuation of the points on the optim ized outer track and the impact of the chain between the chain unit and the track caused by the speed fluctuation are obviously reduced,which achieve the consequence of optimization.
