With the continuous progress of science,great changes are taking place in the machinery industry.In recent years,the rapid development of automobile industry has promoted the great progress of forging machinery industry.Mechanical press is an important category of forging machinery,which is widely used in the mechanical industry.Mechanical press is divided into crank press and multi-link press.Compared with the crank press,the multi-link press has the advantages of high efficiency,high precision,low noise,environmental protection and long service life.Multi-link press can meet the forming requirements of complex process,and it has a wide range of applications in the automotive and aerospace fields.Our country should improve the ability of independent research and development of key technologies of multi-link press.Mastering the core technology of press and improve its comprehensive performance.As soon as possible to break the dependence on the technology of foreign multi-link press and produce a multi-link precision mechanical press with independent intellectual property rights.To improve the competitiveness of the international market,in order to win a broader space for the development of our country.Transmission system is an important mechanism in mechanical press.Therefore,it is very important to solve the key technical problems and master the core technology of the transmission system of the multi-link press.According to the requirements of an enterprise in Weifang,the main research object of this project is the transmission system of six-link press.Specific work has been done on the kinematics,kinetostatics,optimal design,accuracy analysis and other aspects of the transmission system.The main research contents are as follows:First,determine the type of the transmission system of the six-link press.According to its working principle,the kinematic equation of transmission system is established by complex vector method.Analyzing whether the mechanism has unique movement.According to the initial rod length,the kinematics equation was solved by MATLAB software.The results of displacement,speed and acceleration of slider with crank rotation were obtained.according to the result drew a picture.Then the motion characteristics of the crank press,and verifies the advantages of the motion performance of the six-link press were compared and analyzedAccording to the kinematic characteristics of the transmission system of the six-link press,the kinetostatics equations were established by using the principle of d’Alembert.The kinematic results of the previous paper were substituted into the kinetostatics equation.Matlab software was used to program and solve the problem.The force curve of the hinge point of the lower link and the slider and the driving torque curve of the crank were obtained.The three-dimensional model of transmission system were established.The 3D model was imported into Adams for dynamic simulation.The results were compared with the numerical results.The correctness of kinetostatics equation and dynamic simulation were verified by each other.The optimization tool box function of Matlab software was used to optimize the length of the rod in the transmission system of the press.A set of link length dimensions to meet the reduction of speed and acceleration as well as the reduction of driving torque required for crank rotation.The length of the link before and after optimization was compared with the corresponding kinematic and dynamic results to verify the correctness of the optimization results.At last,the further research on each member in the transmission system was carried out.The sensitivity of slider motion performance to the size change of each link was analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward according to the size error of link length.This paper had analyzed the influence of the clearance and inertia load of the moving pair on the accuracy of the bottom dead center and put forward the corresponding countermeasures,which provided the theoretical basis for the design and manufacture of the six-link press.
