With the development of science and technology,more and more scientific research personnel began to choose the convenience of operation,high power,simple structure,low temperature,start the effect of fast new energy as a car,power station and other preferred energy,Energy conditions is the proton exchange membrane fuel cell,but the proton exchange membrane performance direct impact on the using life of fuel cells,so the use of the battery performance plays a vital role.The widely used proton exchange membrane with excellent proton conductivity and good chemical stability on the market is DuPont's Nafion film for perfluorosulfonic acid,but its production cost is expensive,the resistance to alcohol is poor and the high temperature conditions the shortcomings of the sharp decline in proton conductivity undermined its better development.Therefore,scientific research work is actively studying the development of comprehensive performance better proton exchange membrane.At present,our research group is the most widely used sulfonated aromatic polymers,such as: sulfonated poly aryl ether ketone,sulfonated polyimide and sulfonated poly aryl ether sulfone and so on.This kind of polymer has its good comprehensive performance(such as mechanical properties,thermal stability,chemical stability and other characteristics)to become the substrate,and its synthesis process is relatively simple,and its production costs relative to the Nafion film is cheaper,more suitable for large-scale industrial production.In this paper,sulfonated poly(arylene ether ketone)with good performance was prepared by polycondensation.In order to introduce N-heterocyclic ring,we prepared the ionic liquid containing N-heterocyclic ring and then compounded it.The test found that the proton conductivity of the membrane was significantly improved,as can be seen from the SEM photograph,the SPEEK / IL composite membrane formed a continuous proton transport channel,and through the F and sulfonic acid groups formed between the hydrogen bond,the composite film is more compact,mechanical properties have improved.The membrane permeability of the membrane is also reduced,and the proton conductivity of the composite membrane is 0.109 S cm-1.Since the incorporated ionic liquid is not uniformly mixed in the film and is easily lost in using,the sulfonated polyaryletherketone having a good performance is still introduced into the N-heterocyclic ring in the main chain.The conjugate structure has the properties of unsaturation and easy binding to H+,and can simultaneously act as proton donor and acceptor in the transmission process to ensure the transmission of protons.And the radius of the silicon atoms is greater than the radius of the carbon atoms,and is more susceptible to polarization when connected to carbon atoms,resulting in greater flexibility to make the polymer more susceptible to film formation.The sulfonated poly(arylene ether ketone sulfone membrane)containing N-heterocycle was prepared by polycondensation.After testing,the film has good thermal stability,according to its preparation process we speculated that the density of the membrane increased,the corresponding resistance to alcohol is better,proton conductivity increased,because the main chain contains a large number of benzene ring,resulting in decreased mechanical properties,the film brittle.
