Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)materials are a kind of new crystal materials with highly ordered porous structure.In the past decades,MOFs had attracted considerable attentions in chemistry and materials science.MOFs has exhibited favorable applications in terms of gas storage,adsorption and separation,catalysis,drug delivery and so on because of its permanent porosity,large specific surface area and a variety of specific functional group on structure surface.Higher specific surface area is an eternal aim in the study of MOFs materials.In our experiment,Zr-MOFs materials(Ui O-66,Ui O-67 and Ui O-66-NH2)were synthesized via microwave-assisted technology.Using different monocarboxylic acid(formic acid,acetic acid,propionic acid,acrylic acid,butyric acid,2-Ethylhexanoic acid,benzoic Acid)as composite stabilizer to obtain Zr-MOFs with large specific surface area.A series of methods for analysis and characterization of the prepared Zr-MOFs materials were performed,such as Powder X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,N2 isothermal adsorption experiments,thermos gravimetric analysis.It was found that the addition of monocarboxylic acid is beneficial to prepare Zr-MOFs with remarkable surface morphology except formic acid.However,the crystallinity,grain size and specific surface area were affected by different monocarboxylic acid.Levulinic acid,a kind of biomass-derived platform molecules of high value in application,is the basic materials for the synthesis of various light industrial products.Separation and purification of products is essential in the preparation of levulinic acid.In this work,using Ui O-66,Ui O-67 and Ui O-66-NH2 as absorbent to absorb levulinic acid.The result showed that Ui O-66 and Ui O-66-NH2 has shown effectiveness in the process of absorption of levulinic acid.Ui O-66 has been a key research object and a series of studies of the absorption process for levulinic acid were carried out.For example,the absorption rate of Ui O-66 for levulinic acid and the influence of levulinic acid concentration and temperature on the adsorption capacity of Ui O-66.It was turned out that the saturated adsorption capacity of Ui O-66 up to 291mg/g when the levulinic acid concentration is 70.0 mg/m L.Simultaneously,the industrial production environment of levulinic acid was simulated.Adding the furfuryl alcohol and formic acid into the aqueous solution of levulinic acid,the selective adsorption of levulinic acid was more effective in Ui O-66 and the existence of furfuryl alcohol and formic acid has no effect on the adsorption capacity of Ui O-66 for levulinic acid.The desorption and regenerate experiments are carried out for Ui O-66 after adsorption.After five reusability experiments,the crystal structure does not collapse and the Ui O-66 still has high capacity of absorbing levulinic acid.
