With the growing problem of the quality and safety of edible oil,it is harmful to people's health,has leaded the focus attention of all society.Camellia oil as a kind of high edible value vegetable oil,the adulteration problem is more serious.In addition,camellia oil as an organic vegetable oil,solvent residual,benzo?a?pyrene?Bap?and other harmful ingredients problems are exist like soybean oil and other organic vegetable oils,and becoming more and more serious.Study on Camellia oil quality and harmful components are urgent.Use Raman spectroscopy as a theoretical basis,combined with the precise Raman optical instrument,taking camellia oil as the object,data processing and modeling analysis using chemometrics algorithm,study on Camellia oil adulterate respectively with six kinds of vegetable oil including rapeseed oil,soybean oil,peanut oil,corn oil,sunflower oil,cottonseed oil under quantitative analysis modeling;Treat harmful solvent composition hexane and Bap as the research object,using the same theoretical methods,instruments and chemometric methods doing surface enhanced Raman spectra of components qualitative and quantitative research.The main content and results of this paper were as follows:?1?Collected the pure camellia oil and the camellia oil mixed with soybean oil spectra respectly,then contrast peak and frequency shift position,there is no difference between the two samples,only the difference in intensity values.Use the spectral data and the adulteration volume ratio do partial least squares?PLS?model,spectral data of mixed oil modeling effect best after SG smoothing preprocessing,and the correlation coefficient of prediction?Rp?is 0.994,the root mean square error of prediction?RMSEP?1.79%.The experimental results of other five kinds fake oil including rapeseed oil,peanut oil,cottonseed oil,corn oil,sunflower oil in quantitative prediction also well.?2?Use the SERS qualitative analysis hexane residues,and establish the quantitative analysis model.Use of pure camellia oil,leaching grade one,three and four camellia oil did gold nanoparticles enhanced experiment.Pure camellia oil,camellia oil leaching grad one were not detected hexane,1299cm-1 and 2883cm-1 raman peaks were detected in leaching grade three and four oil samples,tally with the peaks of n-hexane.The 42 SERS spectra were collected for quantitative analysis.The results of PLS and PLS after pretreatment were compared.The results of baseline correction were the best,the RMSEP was 6.889mg/kg,Rp was 0.928.?3?Qualitative analysis of Bap by SERS Raman spectroscopy,and quantitative analysis of Bap SERS with concentration truth value.The solid powder of Bap was dissolved in methanol and diluted with ultrapure water to the experimental concentration,10 125nmol/L.The spectra of the samples were characterized by four Raman peaks corresponding to Bap.Finally,the results of quantitative analysis of the 50 collected Raman spectra RMSEC 2.786nmol/L,RMSEP 3.407 nmol /L,RC and RP all are 0.992,the modeling results of four characteristic peaks are RMSEC 2.231 nmol /L,RMSEP 2.729 nmol /L,RC and RP all are 0.995.
