Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer has been attracting a lot of attention as an ideal material of next generation reflector home and abroad for its good thermal stability,high in-plane elastic modulus,simple process,low thermal expansion coefficient,low manufacturing cost,and good design.A layer of resin or metal was usually manufactured on the CFRP surface to ensure the reflection ability of CFRP composites panel.The advantage of resin coating is its simple technology,but the drawback is more obvious.Through subsequent surface grinding and polishing technology,cracks and other defects easily lead to the resin coating.In comparison,the preparation of metal layer not only retains the characteristics of light weight,high strength,but also obtain electromagnetic shielding,conductivity and oxidation resistance,wear resistance.So metal layer is used more widely for the preparation of the reflector panel because of these outstanding characteristics.At the same time,as the function surface of the mirror,the surface roughness need to be around 30 nm after polishing,which is one over twenty of the visible light wavelength.The challenge to the metal layer is put forward for nanoscale surface roughness on the metal layer,especially the grain size of metal layer.Nanoscale size of crystal grain can meet the accuracy requirement of the nanoscale,and there is no layer preparation of nanocrystalline metal process for mirror function yet.Therefore,a process of nanocrystalline Ni plating preparation on CFRP reflector surface is put forward,which is facing the problems of CFRP mirror function layer preparation.The main content of this thesis are as follows:1.The methods of reflection layer preparation on CFRP composite mirror surface were summarized.Advantages and feasibilities of the application for nanocrystalline on the high integrity-functional surface layer were analyzed.The preparation process of Nano crystalline composite coatings was put forward.2.On the basis of process,nanocrystalline was prepared on the CFRP surface.The simplified process included pretreatment,acidizing,Ni-P chemical plating and pulse plating.X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopes and other equipment was used to measure and calculate the coating grain size,surface morphology,growth rate,preferred orientation,growth mechanism and surface roughness.Also,the influence law and \mechanism were generalized and analyzed.3.On the basis of above,the influence of current density,duty cycle,and pulse frequency on composite coating were further researched and analyzed respectively.The main aspects included surface morphology,growth rate,grain size,orientation and surface roughness.
