The human living standards greatly improved with the development of the petroleum chemical industry.But the envi ronment problem caused by the petroleum chemical industry has attracted more and more attention,waste oil and organic pollution make great damage to the environment.Therefore,Oil absorbing material with good selectivity,outstanding recyclability,simple recycling route is a hotspot of current research.Two kinds of quaternary ammonium bromide monomers,N,N-dimethyl myristyl allyl ammonium bromide(C1 4-DMAAB)and three alkyl allyl ammonium bromide(Tri-C8-DMAAB),were obtained by the reaction of allyl bromide with N,N-Dimethyl-n-tetradecylamine and Tri-n-octylamine,respectively.On this basis,Two kinds of Six fluoride phosphate quaternary ammonium salt,N,N-dimethyl myristyl allyl six fluoride ammonium phosphate(C1 4-DMAAPF)and six three octyl allyl ammonium fluoride phosphate(Tri-C8-DMAAPF),were obtained through the ionic exchange.Then,the oil absorption gel containing ionic groups were synthesized using butyl acrylate(BA),styrene(St)and long-chain alkene propyl quaternary ammonium salt as monomers.And the performance of the oil absorption gel were studied.The results showed that the oil-absorbing abilities of oil absorption gel were increased by introducing the long-chain quaternary ammonium salt in the polymer chains.Oil absorption rate of traditional copolymer gel,which were prepared using BA and St as monomers,for chloroform,dichloromethane,chlorobenzene,toluene,tetrahydrofuran,acetone,dimethyl formamide and cyclohexane were 75.7g/g and 72.7g/g and 55.3g/g,43g/g and 45.3g/g,32g/g,30g/g and 1.6g/g,respectively.Absorption rate of the gel containing C1 4-DMAAB,which were prepared using BA and C1 4-DMAAB as monomers(mole ratio of BA to C1 4-DMAAB is 99:1,crosslinking agent EGDMA accounted for 0.06mol% of total monomer),for chloroform,dichloromethane,chlorobenzene,toluene,tetrahydrofuran,acetone,dimethyl formamide and cyclohexane were 99.5g/g and 100.8g/g and 97.8g/g and 48.1g/g and 79.3g/g and 37.4g/g and 34.6g/g and 2.0g/g,respectively.Using C1 4-DMAAPF instead of C1 4-DMAAB,the absorption rate of the gel containing C1 4-DMAAPF for chloroform,dichloromethane,chlorobenzene,toluene,tetrahydrofuran,acetone,dimethyl formamide and cyclohexane were 106g/g and 153.7g/g and 131.3g/g and 46.9g/g,88.8g/g and 41.6g/g,38.6g/g and 2.3g/g,respectively.When the Tri-C8-DMAAB was used as a function of ionic monomers,The mole ratio BA to Tri-C8-DMAAB is 98:2,crosslinking agent EGDMA accounted for 0.1mol % of total monomer,the absorption rate of the gel containing Tri-C8-DMAAB for chloroform,dichloromethane,chlorobenzene,toluene,tetrahydrofuran,acetone,dimethyl formamide and cyclohexane were 81.8g/g and 83.1g/g,76.2g/g and 50.4g/g and 59.6g/g,45g/g and 40.8g/g and 1.91g/g,respectively.Using Tri-C8-DMAAPF instead of Tri-C8-DMAAB,the oil absorption rate of the gel containing Tri-C8-DMAAPF for chloroform,dichloromethane,chlorobenzene,toluene,tetrahydrofuran,acetone,dimethyl formamide and cyclohexane and absorption rate were 94.3g/g and 90.1g/g,134.7g/g and 76.4g/g,95.1g/g and 66.4g/g,36.2g/g and 2.5g/g,respectively.Oil absorption sponges were prepared using melamine sponge as matrix.Silica was introduced into the sponge,and hydrophobic sponges were obtained using KH-304 modified the silica.The experimental results showed that the absorption rate of modified sponges for water is 0.3g/g,for chloroform,toluene,tetrahydrofuran,petroleum ether absorption is 50.5g/g and 31.3g/g and 27.4g/g and 20.9g/g,respectively.
