The slime water treatment is an important and indispensable part in the process of coal preparation plant.In view of the problem that the coagulation effect is reduced due to the excessive dosage of the coagulant in the traditional slime water treatment process,The sedimentation effect of slime water is studied,which is of great significance to understand the coagulation mechanism and optimize the coagulation and sedimentation effect.In this paper,the effects of the characteristics of the agent,the water quality and the characteristics of the sludge on the macroscopic sedimentation performance and the microfluid structure were investigated by using the suspension of 20 g/L grain size of-0.074 mm.The results show that the ferrite particle size is 0.269 mm at 5 ?,the fractal dimension of flocs is 1.5013,and when the temperature is increased to 30 ?,the flocculation particle size increases to 0.721 mm,the fractal dimension rise to 1.627.Under the neutral condition,APAM has better settling effect.Under the acidic condition,the effect of NPAM and CP AM is improved.When the concentration of 1 mmol/L cation acts on the particles,the double-layer thickness of the particles after the trivalent cation is 0.00071 m,and the addition amount of the trivalent ion flocculant AlCl3 is 0.0332 g and FeCl3 is 0.0405 g.The influence of the main components of coal slime on the settlement of clean coal is as follows:When the coagulant of 1000 g/t dry slime and 50 g/t dry slime is used,the settling speed of clean coal can reach 47.09 cm/min,Supernatant transmission ratio of 83.5%,floc particle size of 0.837 mm,fractal dimension of up to 1.6263,and then the three slime components and refined coal ratio.When the percentage of kaolinite increased from 0%to 100%,the sedimentation rate decreased to 20.93 cm/min,the transmittance of supernatant was reduced to 71.1%,the floc particle size was reduced to 0.418 mm,the fractal dimension is reduced to 1.5637.When the percentage of montmorillonite increased from 0%to 20%,the sedimentation rate of the mixed component decreased rapidly to 14.39 cm/min,the transmittance of the supernatant was 79.7%,the floc particle size was 0.458 mm,The number is 1.5493.When the percentage of humic acid is 20%,the fractal dimension of the flocculation component is 1.5726,and the floc is formed by loosely and the transmittance of the supernatant is 87.3%.The sedimentation effect of the different calorification coal samples and the dosage of different agents shows that the floc size of the granite anthracite with the highest degree of metamorphism is moderate,the fractal dimension of the floes is larger,the van der Waals can act and the hydration is the largest and the static The rejection can be the smallest,so as to facilitate the flocculation of particles.The addition of different coagulants in Shendong CY coal has the following steps:AlCl3>FeCl3>MgCl2>CaCl2>NaCl>KCl.The results show that when the amount of flocculant is increased,the flocculation particle size is larger and the fractal dimension of the floc is reduced and the floc becomes loose.Further,the orthogonal analysis table and Matlab software The relationship between slag settling rate and flocculant molecular weight and flocculant dosage is found as z = 32.51 + 0.09384x + 0.04647y,where:z is the settling velocity,cm/min;x is the flocculant molecular weight,Y is the amount of flocculant,g/t dry slime;R2 = 0.7439,showing that the molecular weight of flocculant has a significant effect on the settling velocity of slime water.In the compound test,only 50 g/t dry slime APAM 600 million flocculant was added,and the fractal dimension of the floc was 1.5912.When the addition of 3 Kg/t dry coal coagulation agent AICl3 and APAM 6 million flocculants The fractal dimension of the flocs is 1.6736.According to the fractal theory and stokes settlement formula,the relationship between the flocculation rate and the fractal dimension of the floc isdeduced:U?mm/s?= 1.001×4?2df/3?.The regression equation of flocculation rate and floc fractal dimension to slime settling velocity was determined by SPSS linear regression analysis:Y = 0.407A-0.602B + 663.951,R2 = 0.828.Where:Y is the settling velocity,cm/min,A is the floc particle size,mm,B is the fractal dimension of the floc.
