Research On The Path And Countermeasure Of Ecological Civilization Construction Based On Marxist Ecological Philosophy

Yuncheng City in Shanxi Province has abundant mineral reserves,rich tourism resources and adequate infrastructure facilities for ecological progress.Moreover,due to its strategic geographical location at the golden delta of the Yellow River,the city is able to lead the development of its adjacent areas.Therefore,Yuncheng's ecological progress is not only good for its own sustainable development,but is also good for the balanced development of itself and its adjacent areas in the economic,political,social and cultural fields.However,due to its dependence on agriculture and heavy industry in economic development,the city has seen increasingly prominent conflicts between economic growth and ecological progress,finally resulting in the mutually negative influences of the two issues.Ecological progress is key to people's well being.It's also of great significance to the nation's future.To promote the balanced,sustainable development of the city's economy,society and ecosystem,and to accelerate the city's transformation to a modern socialist city,it's a must to conduct studies on the city's ecological progress.In Marxism,there are abundant thoughts on ecological progress.The development of these thoughts can be divided into four periods: emergence,evolvement,completion and further development.Dedicated to finding a solution to maintaining balance between man and nature,these thoughts offer scientific guidance for us to tackle the conflict between man and nature and bring about harmonious development.This thesis was based on Marxist thoughts on ecological progress.On the basis of previous studies,it made an innovative use of the SWOT analysis method.After sorting out Yuncheng's advantages and disadvantages,as well as its opportunities and challenges,it analyzed the status quo of city's ecological progress.It also provided solutions to the city's economic,political,cultural,social and ecological development.The aim of the thesis is to provide all-round,scientific theoretical basis for the city's ecological progress,thus helping the city strike a balance of its development in various fields.First,the thesis analyzed Yuncheng's advantages.The city has rich tourism resources and abundant mineral reserves.The economy as a whole show a good situation,and the city has also enjoyed a good education system,which has made hard efforts to advocate ecological progress.The city has made much headway in ecological progress and achieved a success in energy saving and emission reduction.Second,the thesis probed into Yuncheng's disadvantages.The proportion of the city's primary,secondary and tertiary industries still have lots of problems.Traditional industries remain dominant,making the transformation of economic structure inevitable.Besides,the public awareness of the issue remains weak.The dual economic structure in countryside and cities are unchanged.Ecological achievements have been made only in some particular areas.The division of government functions is unclear.The city has suffered from heavy pollution in many areas,such as water resources,air and soil.Third,the thesis studied the opportunities faced by Yuncheng.The city has enjoyed great policy support regarding ecological progress.It has also built ecological progress demonstration zones.Besides,government officials and the common people are all eager to see achievements in this field,and all circles of the society have vigorously participated in the undertaking.All these have combined to provide opportunities for Yuncheng's further development of its ecosystem.Last,the thesis looked into the threats faced by Yuncheng.The city is in competition with other cities inside the province in terms of economic growth.The competition is severe because their development strategies are similar to each other.This makes it complicated and difficult to keep a balanced development.The conflicts between economic growth and ecological protection will not be changed in the short term.To meet the needs in theoretical study and real life,and to solve the problems in Yuncheng's ecological progress,the thesis developed five solutions.First,we should promote the use of new energy,thus to boost the development of traditional energy sector.We should give full play of the city's advantages,promote the development of tourism,and optimize economic structure.We should also enhance innovation in the transformation of traditional production modes to eco-friendly production modes.Second,we should enhance educational campaigns,help the public gain a stronger awareness of ecological progress,promote green lifestyle,and win full public support.Third,we should utilize the public eagerness of making ecological progress and extensive social participation to promote democratic social administration and improve the public participation system.We should narrow the gap between rural and urban development and promote a balanced development of the two.Fourth,we should improve ecological development system and mechanisms and establish a legal system in this regard.Fifth,we should adopt green taxation to promote energy saving and emission reduction,and intensify construction of related infrastructure,thus to promote ecological protection and progress.By making concrete suggestions and solutions,the thesis further enrich and develop the contemporary ecological civilization thought theoretically,at the same time for the realization of beautiful Yuncheng and magnificent He Dong has great practical significance.
