A shearer is an important technical equipment for achieving efficiently intensive coal-mining,improving the working conditions of working face and reducing the fatal accidents of coalmine.As the core component of the thearer,the cutting part is mainly responsible for the transmission of cutting power.The cutting part of traditional shearer adopts the long chain gear transmission,and the roller speed is not adjustable.The adaptability of the whole machine to the complex change of the coal seam structure is weak,and the shearer can only adjust the traction speed.It results in the heavy load impact of the cutting part,which affects the reliability and adaptability of the whole machine seriously.This topic is the important component of the national major basic research program(973 project)of China.In order to improve the reliability and adaptability of the shearer,the dynamic response characteristics of the shearer hydraulic-mechanical short cutting transmission system were studied,and the main work contents:(1)Aiming at the problem of low reliability and poor adaptability in the long chain transmission,the project of the shearer hydraulic-mechanical short cutting transmission was designed,the parameters were matched and the strength of the gear reduction system was checked based on the MG300/700 double drum shearer and the working principle and characteristics analysis of the transmission shearer cutting transmission system.(2)The coupling model of the shearer hydraulic-mechanical short cutting transmission system was established based on the mathematical model of the key components in the hydraulic system and the dynamics model of the gear reduction system.The simulation model of the system was built on the united platform,where the model of the hydraulic system was built on the AMESim platform,and the model of the gear reduction system was built on the MATLAB platform.(3)The dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic-mechanical short cutting transmission system were analyzed under the load mutation condition,then a set of better coupling performance parameters were obtained.It is proved that the flow fluctuation of the pump will make the dynamic performance of the system worse,and which is also the main factor that affects the dynamic meshing force of gear reduction system.(4)The speed adjusting characteristics of the hydraulic-mechanical short cutting transmission system were analyzed.The result shows that with the increase of the roller speed,the roller load will decline significantly,the dynamic meshing force between gears of the gear reduction system will reduce and the adaptability of the system will be improved.The influence of the accumulator on the buffer performance of the system was analyzed under the variable load conditions.The result shows that the hydraulic-mechanical short cutting transmission system has good buffer performance and higher working reliability with the accumulator.
