China's coal spontaneous combustion tendency of coal mine occupies a large proportion of coal spontaneous combustion caused by natural waste is very serious.In addition,the spontaneous combustion of coal has a greater impact on the safety of coal mines,resulting in reduced production,and even threaten the health of personnel.The mining technology of large mining face is widely used in China,but the pressure of large mining face is larger,which leads to the deformation and failure of coal pillar,which leads to the spontaneous combustion of coal pillar and the safety of mining work.Based on the background of the 31303 coal mining face in Chahasu coal mine,the deformation and failure of the coal pillar and the effect on the spontaneous combustion of the coal pillar are studied.In the case of coal pillar deformation and fracture development,FLAC3 D numerical simulation and similar material simulation experiments were carried out.The numerical simulation results show that:(1)In the mining work to 20 m,the coal pillars are gradually deformed and damaged,usually in the coal pillars of the left and right walls;(2)mining to 40 m,the destruction began through the coal pillar,(3)The phenomenon of stress concentration in the coal pillar is more obvious in the process in the 31303 coal mining face,which leads to the occurrence of internal fracture failure,The formation of continuous,adequate air leakage conditions.(1)the characteristics of coal pillar deformation and fracture development;(2)the similar material simulation results and FLAC3 D numerical simulation shows that the two simulation results are consistent.In the coal pillar spontaneous combustion comprehensive coal spontaneous combustion theory and coal pillar deformation and damage research,coal pillar spontaneous combustion scientific research:(1)The coal spontaneous combustion theory is systematically described and the micro-process of coal-oxygen composite is analyzed and explained.(2)The conditions of coal spontaneous combustion and the conditions of coal spontaneous combustion are described.(3)Based on the analysis of the fire cases in the 31303 working face of Zhaharan coal mine,the influence of coal pillar deformation on spontaneous combustion is analyzed and the preventive measures are put forward.
