The Jurassic coal resource is abundant in west area of Mongolia in China,but the self-ignition orientation of coal is huge and it tends to spontaneous combustion,thus,the analysis of spontaneous combustion theory and fire detection technology in this area has great significance in coal mine safety production,reducing the loss of resources and environmental protection.This paper mainly adopts the methods of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation and combines with the methods of laboratory measurement and field practice.Theoretical analysis part is mainly about optical fiber temperature measurement system analysis,combines with the currently used fire detection technology and selects effective fire detection method,namely the distributed optical fiber temperature measuring system.According to the theoretical research,laboratory part mainly simulates optical fiber temperature measuring system in the laboratory,the data from the compassion of the analysis of mercury thermometer measurement and optical fiber temperature measurement system.By the correction of coefficient from optical fiber temperature measurement system and verifies the temperature effect.Numerical simulation part mainly combines the mathematical model of coal spontaneous combustion with optical fiber temperature measurement system,we can determine spontaneous combustion dangerous area by the division of “three spontaneous combustion area”.In the field practice part,we mainly select typical mining area,apply the distributed optical fiber temperature measuring system in underground of mine,compare the measured data with the results of numerical simulation and verify the specific effect of practice.Through the application in coal mine working face,we make the real-time online monitoring of temperature in coal mine area,we not only get a large amount of data but also accumulate valuable practical experience.Using distributed optical fiber temperature measurement system,we can monitor temperature distribution along the fiber optic cable,the software can do real-time positioning,shows the temperature distribution of the mine area,which provides a effective monitoring for spontaneous combustion in goaf and the basis for the coal mine fire prevention safety.Through the comprehensive analysis data of optical fiber temperature measurement system and the results of numerical simulation,we master the temperature distribution and spontaneous combustion situation in goaf,the analysis shows that optical fiber grating technology can test goaf temperature changes precisely and continuously,it also provides a good data in clear analysis and judgment goaf spontaneous combustion rule,which makes up for the weakness of the existing detection technology effectively.The application of optical fiber sensing technology in coal mine safety research will contribute to the formation mechanism of major disasters and the development of coal mine disasters prediction technology.
