The coal mine safety production has been the focus of the state and the government.The real-time monitoring of underground environment of coal mine,coal mine accident prevention,one of the important means to improve the management of coal mine safety.With the development of networking technology,more and more widely used in the industrial field.The study shows that the special geological conditions of coal mine and the harsh environment is very suitable for the wireless sensor technology and coal mine safety monitoring system combined to improve coal mine safety monitoring is an important means of real-time,effective.According to the hazard of coal mine production environment factors in the analysis of the current real time monitoring system based on wireless sensor,puts forward the design scheme of coal mine environmental monitoring based on wireless sensor network,and according to the reliability guarantee mechanism of the system,the paper proposes a 3D uniform networking node suitable for coal mine safety monitoring deployment method.Based on ensuring accurate monitoring data,This paper further studies the mechanism of network topology to improve reliability,with the distance between the nodes of the cluster node redundancy,backup redundancy,non equivalent base station to the management center of data transmission base station and transmission mode of three parallel redundant redundancy,and the related parameters of quantitative analysis.According to multi-source information processing technology,the use of dynamic limiting filtering of monitoring data preprocessing,and then use the optimal weighting algorithm for data fusion of data,finally using grey relational analysis and rough set theory attribute reduction,the formation of fuzzy rough decision level fusion algorithm based on grey correlation,effective treatment of coal mine safety monitoring system data.From the theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the proposed node in the deployment and reliability of protection mechanism has high degree of monitoring area coverage,energy balance and flexibility,expansibility,it is effective for improving the reliability of the topology of coal mine safety monitoring.Through the combination of rough set theory,fuzzy set theory and gray correlation analysis,it provides a new approach for coal mine environmental monitoring data processing,and can be widely applied to other complex environment evaluation.
