Inorganic organic composite flocculants are widely concerned because of their unique properties and excellent flocculation effect.This paper prepared a novel inorganic organic composite flocculant(CPAM-ch-PZFS),flocculant by polyferric sulfate zinc iron(PZFS)and cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM)and chemical compound.Through the experiment of single factor and response surface optimization design to determine the optimum synthesis conditions of CPAM-ch-PZFS,namely,cationic polyacrylamide cationic degree is 40,the dosage of 2.68 ml,Zn and Fe ratio is 0.18 and the basicity is 0.08,the reaction temperature is40 DEG C,the curing time is 24 h.By Fe-Ferron complexation colorimetry,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,infrared spectroscopy and Fu Liye spectroscopy,dynamic particle size and X-ray diffraction of CPAM-ch-PZFS and floc morphology characterization.Through the complexation colorimetry analysis,CPAM-ch-PZFS Fe(c)polymer exists in the form of iron most content,Fe(a),Fe(b)of the free state of iron ions,the oligomeric state and intermediate state exists in the form of iron content is less.It can be inferred that CPAM-ch-PZFS exists mainly in the form of high iron polymer.By scanning electron microscopy analysis,CPAM-ch-PZFS showed multi lamellar structure due to the addition of cationic polyacrylamide,the surface of needle like structure interspersed in the lamellar structure,the composite flocculant has formed a new morphology.Moreover,the surface area of CPAM-ch-PZFS is increased,and the structure characteristics of high degree of polymerization,which is conducive to the net sweep and adsorption of colloidal particles in water,forming floc.By transmission electron microscopy analysis,CPAM-ch-PZFS morphology of organic-inorganic composite flocculant was branched,and by many crystal particles together,small particle size,resulting in its large specific surface area,high surface energy,particle aggregation are met.It can be inferred that CPAM-ch-PZFS is not a single mechanical mixture of substances,but the organic matter CPAM and inorganic salts to re polymerization of the formation of a new material.By means of Fourier transform infrared spectrum analysis,CPAM-ch-PZFS in 500-4000cm-1 at the peak may have changed significantly,Fe-O-Fe,Zn-O-Zn-O-Zn and Fe bond,and the introduction of NH2 containing amine group.CPAM-ch-PZFS and C=O-CO disappeared and NH2 groups showed that CPAM-ch-PZFS mainly by hydroxyl Association and molecular chelating molecules to form polymers.Through the energy spectrum analysis can be obtained,CPAM-ch-PZFS,in addition tocontaining more S,Fe and O elements,flocculant also introduced the Zn element.The introduction of Zn elements and Fe elements by chemical action,the formation of a new bridge,the iron into the high polymeric polymer polyol,form more stable.By X-ray diffraction analysis can be obtained,the addition of Zn2+ and CPAM affect the degree of polymerization and crystallization of CPAM-ch-PZFS,may appear Fe Zn(SO4)2(OH)(H2O)7,Fe2(SO4)3·H2SO4·8H2O,Fe23(OH)2(SO4)2·7H2Ocrystal material.After joining CPAM,there is a new phase C9H15 Fe N3O9.Through the analysis of dynamic particle size distribution,the floc growth rate of CPAM-ch-PZFS is 119.82 m/min,and the recovery coefficient is about.CPAM-ch-PZFS compared with non composite flocculant,flocculation ability have higher,floc strength,size and interparticle bond number and strength compared to the non composite flocculant,have shown stronger performance.The application effect on CPAM-ch-PZFS under the optimum synthesis conditions,the single factor analysis and the dosage of p H and non contrast composite flocculant,in the application of CPAM-ch-PZFS in the Xiangjiang River water,pond water and sewage in the process of impact on the removal of DON and DOC.CPAM-ch-PZFS had a good removal effect on turbidity,DON and DOC in Xiangjiang water.When p H was 6,the removal efficiency was the best when the dosage was 16mg/L.Under the optimum removal conditions,the removal rate of DON was about 33%,and the removal rate of DOC was about 75%.According to the Xiangjiang River,pond water and sewage application,good flocculation effect of CPAM-ch-PZFS on high turbidity and organic matter content in water.
