The paper drying process is the largest energy consumption segment in the whole papermaking process,accounting for 61.9% of the whole paper machine,which has great energy saving potential.The visualization of the paper drying process can provide some assistance and reference value for the energy saving work of the enterprise.Based on the study of drying process,this paper provides a theoretical basis for the operation of the paper drying process.In addition,the operation visualization of the single-machine page drying process needs to be combined with big data.Based on these two points,this paper designed a paper drying process visualization based on cloud computing technology.This paper first introduces the architecture of Ali cloud platform,as well as used in this research to related technologies: data collection and transmission,data storage,data calculation and visualization technology.It also collects and stores data from the site to the RDS for easy data management and sharing.Then,the paper drying process mathematical model based on the task group was constructed,and the model library was built.It has 5 key subsystems and 16 function modules.Paper Dry Process(PDP),Steam and Condensate System(SCS),Ventilation and Heat Recovery System(VHRS),Dryer section Assessment System(DAS)and simulation optimization(Fitness).Finally,the paper is designed and developed the paper drying process visualization system based on Ali cloud platform.The system consists of four parts: parameter configuration system,process simulation system,process assessment system and simulation optimization system.The parameter configuration is mainly for the simple and quick configuration of a specific object.Drying process simulation system is realized with the key process parameters to the visualization of information,including the existing monitoring software is difficult to obtain,such as,the cylinder surface temperature,paper temperature,bags of air temperature,paper humidity and bag area humidity.The process assessment can provides a simple way of evaluation performance of paper drying process,it consists of three parts,drying capacity,energy efficiency and operating efficiency.The simulation optimization is mainly aimed at minimizing the energy target,providing the enterprise with the optimized operation parameters.At the same time,this study tested and analyzed the function of the system performance and reliability,the design of the system in line with expectations,the simulation results can reflect the changing rules of the process variables,but there is still some deviation on accuracy,follow-up work to further improve the simulation accuracy.
