Shearer Intelligent Towing System Research

Power supply for shearer is from mobile substation of the roadway to shearer's laying cable,and the cable is in the cable clamp which is used to protect the cable,among the existing mining process,cable movement is through shearer towing the cable clamp,the cable clamp only has the logical relationship with shearer on its starts or stops,there are no adjusting coordination on direction and payload,when shearer changes its h,aulage direction,the cable clamp multilayer superposition has been occurred,and it can be higher than cable trough,so that can be easily out of the cable trough,turn back seriously and also can be circuit as well,that phenomenon will leads to shearer cannot working properly,most coal mines have set full-time cable protection guard to tow the cable manually,such workface cannot safely produced with high production and effective,which brought a certain economic losses to the coal mine.This essay is taking xi 'an coal mining machinery co.,LTD MG2×160/710-AWD type of thin seam shearer based compressors equipment as the research object,analysis the present existing problems of towing type,design the shearer intelligent towing system.Researching and designing its transmission structure,chain tensioning auxiliary system and electrical control system,and using Solidworks software,shifting the 2d drawing of each components of the transmission system to 3d model,after each parts have been assembled,taking motion analysis and interference inspection,to ensure the accuracy of the design of each parts.Intelligent towing system can according to the cable clamp load changes automatically control the shearer haulage speed,achieve the cable clamp moving with shearer automatically,and consistence in a superposition of two layers in a tension states constantly,so that to achieve the intelligent function.The research of the intelligent system for towing is general technology,which can be used in all kinds of mining face,especially can generate huge benefits that applies in complex geological conditions(up and down mining large dip Angle,thin coal seam).
