Graphene is a cellular materials of sp2 hybridization,and it is also a two-dimensional new material.It was successfully prepared by micromechanical exfoliation of Andre Geim and Kostya Novoselov of University of Manchester in 2004.Graphene has only one carbon atom in thickness.It has excellent transmittance,mechanical strength,thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity.Graphene oxide is the oxide and precursor of grapheme.Through the study of its properties,we have designed a new preparation method based on the original preparation method of graphene film and its composite film.Then we study its performance,and put forward new application research.To this end,in this paper,firstly,we prepare the PVA /graphene oxide composite film and PVA/ sulfonation graphene oxide composite film by traditional method include coating and filtration.In order to prepare different composite film,we control the ratio of graphene oxide to sulfonation graphene oxide,and study the mechanical properties,then the grapheme oxide and its composite film have been reduced.As a result,the film has superior electrical conductivity and excellent mechanical properties.Next,We have designed a new method of preparation for some small molecule compounds called coating and gelling,which is originated in wet spinning.Firstly,the glass substrate is infiltrated into the aqueous dispersion of the graphene oxide,and then the glass substrate is infiltrated into the coagulating bath of the small molecular compound.After drying,we get the grapheme oxide composite film.This method combine small molecules compounds into the interlamination of graphene oxide film.Thus,the interlayer spacing can be controlled and form a good capacitance structure.And it have a good application in water treatment.Finally,the application research of graphene oxide film is carried out.The graphene oxide film have good conductivity and thermal conductivity after reduction.The traditional graphene thermal conductive films are prepared by carbonization of PI films at 1500 ? and graphitization at 3000 ?.Such a method has high cost and high energy consumption.The method we propose reduces the cost and energy consumption.By comparing the thermal conductivity of several high thermal conductive graphite films,a low-cost and high performance thermal conductive film has been prepared.
