Since the Geim team of the famous University of Manchester in the United Kingdom used a layer of stripped graphite sheets to successfully form a single layer of graphene that can exist alone in 2004,the graphene composite material has become a hot spot for many researchers.As the so-called "Universal Oil",the application prospect of graphene is expected.In this paper,combined with the current hot issues of society and the work of some researchers,high-performance functional graphene composites were prepared and their applications in air filtration,water treatment and thermal conductivity were studied in depth.Therefore,in the second chapter of this paper,we first explored the composite mechanism of graphene and polymer and prepared a high performance sulfonated reduced graphene oxide polymer composite film.We found that it has good mechanical and electrical properties.Finally,we innovatively applied the graphene composite material and electrospinning process to the preparation of air filter membrane as the core membrane of the mask.The test results show that the membrane has excellent gas permeability and PM2.5 filtration effect.In the third chapter of this paper,we have innovatively proposed the preparation of graphene oxide small molecule composite film by dip coating method,and the films were characterized and analyzed in many aspects.We found that by compounding different small molecule compounds in the graphene oxide sheet layer,the layer spacing can be controlled.So the mechanical and electrical properties of the composite film are improved.The water treatment experiments on the film show that the graphene oxide small molecule composite film can be well studied and applied in the field of water treatment.Finally,in the fourth chapter of this paper,we combine the current production cost of graphene-based high-efficiency thermal conductive film used in current electronic products,and the previously synthesized GO film is made into RGO thermal conductive film by reduction calendering process.Its thermal conductivity is compared to the thermal materials commonly used in current electronic products.Through the characterization of the thermal conductivity of the sample by the Nichi-resistant thermal conductivity meter,we found that the thermal conductivity of the RGO thermally conductive film prepared by us is higher than that of the graphene-based thermal conductive film prepared by the polyimide material,but the thermal conductivity is higher than that of the conventional thermal conductive material.The cost is much lower than the graphene-based thermal conductive film prepared from polyimide materials.Therefore,we believe that the GO thermal conductive film we prepared can be applied to electronic products that do not require high thermal conductivity,thereby greatly reducing production costs.
