Min county climate is appropriate,is a treasure place for planting and storage of natural herbs.Medicinal material angelica root is composed of volatile and non-volatile components,volatile constituents,up to 60% of The Times because of its high medicinal value and is regarded by medical masters.In recent years,with the expansion of the medicine market demand,the production is greatly increased,as the market demand,angelica sinensis intermediate storage is particularly important,and semi-finished products storage before the stand or fall of dry processing is one of the main indicators of angelica practical value.Therefore,how to adopt reasonable drying equipment and drying process in order to obtain high quality of angelica appears more important.In numerous drying way,convection drying has features of easy operation,simple structure,high applicability and chase,is people's wide is one of the most popular drying methods currently used in production.But obvious shortcomings,such as: solar hot air led the drying efficiency is lower,because the direct drainage of waste gas after drying,efficiency is only 35% ~ 58%,it is also a solar hot air drying is the most significant drawbacks.There is now a small amount of convection that can recycle waste gas and recycle it,not only less,less than 30%;And most of it is hot.As much as 80% of heat exists in the form of latent heat,still can be wasted,because of the high quality to make best use of heat,it must recycle the latent heat of exhaust gas,heat pump can achieve this purpose.Scholars at home and abroad for the solar hot air and single heat pump drying device research,optimization and application for quite a long time,but there are still many problems: solar hot air drying is affected by th e weather is bigger,unsustainable dry material;Solar thermal wind drying is difficult to recover from the heat of exhaust,causing great waste of energy and causing heat pollution to the environment.Heat pumps require energy consumption,which may save money in some underdeveloped areas,so the use of a single heat dehumidifier is not recommended.In view of the above reasons and a lot of questions of credential crops and medicinal herbs in the drying process,combined with the advantages and disadvantages in particularities of solar chimney heat pump drying cycle,we choose the Chinese traditional medicine Angelica as dry object,the main research content follows:First of all,in northwest where has enough solar energy,the auth or puts forward to use solar energy and heat pump drying device in traditional Chinese medicine Angelica of the drying process.According to the actual situation,we adopt modern design concept,building block principle,it can be applied directly as requi red.Secondly,based on the theoretical research of heat mass transfer,and using the air as drying medium to design the solid heat storage material regenerative type drying chamber.On the basis we design the heat exchange device of drying room,it can reduce the medium energy waste.Using a new drying chamber structure of Pro/E software designation and using the Fluent software to simulate software dry indoor flow field,and then analysis the flow field and optimize the structure of drying chamber.The uniformity of flow field in drying chamber is one of the important factors of affecting the product quality of drying.Using wind deflector to improve the flow field distribution uniformity can get the optimal matching structure.Finally,according to putting forward and designing solar energy heat pump drying system,we can process the test benc h in the early stage.The objective of the research results can provide certain theoretical guidance for the design of angelica drying room,and can build experime ntal platform further,and study the hot air drying properties of angelica sinensis and the performance of the system.It can also be applied to other Chinese medicinal materials widely in order to solve the main problem of drying in northwest Chinese medic inal materials and agricultural products,to improve the dry processing rate and quality of Chinese traditional medicinal herbs and agricultural products,to reduce the energy consumption of drying,to promote traditional Chinese medicine and the sustainab le development of agricultural industry.
