A Petrochemical Industries Co in 2016 during the upgrade of gasoline quality to protect the surrounding market,the market of refined oil consumption,1 million 200 thousand tons / year catalytic device needs to continue its hourly production of about 60 tons of gasoline;if the existing mode of alkali washing desulfurization,after removal of sulfur content is higher,can not meet the gasoline blending factory the requirements of.In addition,alkali washing gasoline with high sulfur content,and large displacement future upgrade of gasoline,the replacement of a long time,in order to meet the market demand for oil products,and shorten the replacement cycle of V gasoline,to transform the existing hydrocarbon extraction desulfurization device using recombinant technology company,stable gasoline production and processing 1 million 200 thousand tons / year catalytic device,will the catalytic desulfurization of gasoline and gasoline were separated into sulfur rich gas,the sulfur content of gasoline desulfurization below 70mg/kg,meet the requirements of the quality of finished gasoline blending.Because the whole fraction extraction desulfurization technology in China is the first application,no actual operation experience,and the use of sulfolane solvent in serious degradation at the later stage of the whole fraction extraction desulfurization device application,reasons of sulfolane solvent degradation combined with practical production were analyzed,and on the next processing device heavy gasoline desulfurization,solvent degradation prevention measures put forward their own views.
