Study On Characteristics Of Potassium Permanganate Pyrotechnic And Explosive Characteristics Of Explosive Device

In recent years,in our country,the use of pyrotechnics as the main power of the explosion occurred in many cases,and potassium permanganate pyrotechnic homemade explosive devices were frequently used in the Xinjiang region,which have brought huge losses to the country and the people.In this explosive devices,pharmaceuticals involved in the case is potassium permanganate pyrotechnic,and the contains equipment are a variety of common hard containers,such as liquefied gas tank and fire extinguisher tank and Plumbing fittings,and use the selfignition element as the detonator.This explosive devices has the characteristic of easy to manufacture and has wide range of material sources.At home and abroad,there are many researches on the pyrotechnic drugs,such as potassium chlorate pyrotechnics,potassium perchlorate and potassium nitrate.But for the firing characteristics of potassium permanganate pyrotechnic and hard medium explosive devices damage characteristic research is basically blank.So,this paper studied the firing characteristics of potassium permanganate pyrotechnic and hard medium explosive devices damage characteristic,for providing the basic data for the systematic and comprehensive understanding of the explosive characteristics of homemade explosive devices,and expect it to provide the basis support for the follow-up comprehensive performance study of such combined explosive devices,and the relevant research results of equipment explosion characteristics can provide technical support for the explosive cases' rapid investigation,disposal and analysis.The main work of this thesis is as follows:1.Study on the performance and ignition conditions of pyrotechnic drugs.In this paper,the fireworks,fire sensitivity,impact sensitivity,thermal sensitivity,flame sensitivity and reaction rate,etc.of the potassium permanganate homemade pyrotechnic powder(71% of potassium permanganate and 29% of aluminum powder)were measured according to the test method of the national military standard of the smoke powder.And,establishing related data of pyrotechnic drug sensitivity,and made the comparative exploration with the performance parameters of black powder.Besides,set test for the common explosive ignition in the Xinjiang region,which tested the ignition conditions when the pyrotechnic drug using safety leads,3V lamp beads,12 V lamp beads,nickel-chromium electric wire as the ignition elements.2.Study on destructive characteristics of containers in Explosive Devices.First,do the study of the hydrostatic failure characteristics.Study the destruction characteristics on the static pressure of liquefied gas cylinders,fire extinguishers cans and other cylindrical explosion-proof containers that high frequency find in cases use the liquid pressurization system.Besides,observe the recording container in the hydraulic pressure from the elastic deformation to plasticdeformation until the blasting process,get the explosive pressure of the explosive container,recorded the stress-strain relation values of each test point during the pressurization process,and found that the cylindrical container blasting failure position,weak area,break development process.Second,do the study of the dynamic damage characteristics.The dynamic damage behavior of the self-made combination explosive device was studied using the finite element program AUTODYN.After study get the explosive process of explosive shock after the explosion,the crushing process of the container and the scattering morphology of the fragments at different times,and the quantitative parameters of the number,speed and mass of the container fragments.
