In recent years, the abuse of antibiotics has caused the wide attention of the society, the antibiotic residues in food has been a serious threaten to human health. At present, methods of detecting antibiotics mostly need complex pretreatment process, the tedious examination process and high cost.As a new detection method,SERS technology has the advantages of no complex pretreatment, convenient and quick detection, less water environmental disturbance, and it has been used in food testing. In this article, the SERS technology had been used to detect three kinds of antibiotics.A simple and efficient silver collide was prepared used as SERS active substrate and tested the two kinds of antibiotics residues in milk.It is of great significance for the regulation to the abuse of antibiotics and residues.Firstly, prepare the silver collide as the SERS active substrate using the method of Lee and Meise.Detect the nano particle size and distribution of silver collide using electron microscope and ultraviolet spectrophotomete. And the SERS substrate has a great enhancement for SERS detection while detecting rhodamine 6g.Finally,detect the time stability of the silver collide. The experimental results show that performance of the preparation of silver collide can be used as experimental active substrate. Then, two kinds of fluoroquinolone antibiotics were detected.Firstly, optimize the experimental conditions by detecting the aqueous solution and determine the testing conditions of two kinds of antibiotics respectively. Then qualitative analysis and semi-quantitative analysis were detecting by testing the ion aqueous solution used SERS technology. Two kinds of antibiotics residues in milk were detected in the last. The results show that the limit of detection of aqueous solution of ciprofloxacin can reach 1 ?g·mL-1 without any pretreatment. And the residue in milk detection limit of ciprofloxacin can reach 50 ?g·mL-1.The detection limit of enrofloxacin aqueous solution is about 0.1 ?g·mL-1.The detection limit of enrofloxacin in milk can reach 25 ?g·mL-1.It is shown that the SERS technology can be used in real-time detection and semi-quantitative analysis of residual antibiotics in milk. Finally, chlortetracycline hydrochloride in aqueous solution was detected by using SERS technology.Firstly, optimize the experimental conditions and determine the optimal detection environment. Then complete the qualitative analysis by testing chlortetracycline hydrochloride repeatability. Finally the semi-quantitative analysis of chlortetracycline hydrochloride was complete. The results show that the repeatability of chlortetracycline hydrochloride using SERS technology is great. The detection limit of chlortetracycline hydrochloride by SERS technology is 10 ?g·mL-1.The method has a great potential for the on-site assessment and detection of chlortetracycline hydrochloride.
