The dairy waste water has the characteristics of high water change,high organic content,good biochemistry,high levels of SS and oil,and high organic nitrogen content.The main parts of the dairy wastewater are sugars,proteins,fatty acids and starches,which are mostly biodegradable organic pollutants.This paper studies the method of strengthening biological methods to deal with the stability of the standard biological process.This study is to develop a dairy wastewater treatment project in heilongjiang province as the research background,the processing of dairy products factory production waste water as object,using biological treatment method of high efficiency low degradation of the pollutants in the water.Main objective is to determine the biological treatment process,first determine hydrolysis acidification packing,and then establish a combination process test in the test,to determine the optimum operation parameters of reactor,in order to guide practical engineering upgrades.In this study,the selection of hydrolyzed acidification by using elastic filaments,cross-flow spheres,and bristles with three kinds of fillings was studied.Set up three different packing of hydrolysis reactor,for the three types of reactor sludge domesticated,hang packing film and reactor start-up,in three reactor startup phase observation on pollutants removal efficiency.In the stable operation phase,the treatment of the pollution performance and the microbial characteristics of different hydrolyzed filler is studied,and the optimum hydrolysis filler is determined to give up the hydrolysis of the fluid.Build composite hydrolysis acidification-combination MBBR process,adopting a dairy wastewater treatment plant sludge inoculation cultivation in heilongjiang province,using analog integrated dairy wastewater sludge domesticated,hang packing film and reactor start-up,reactor operation parameters optimization,the optimal operation parameters for: air 0.6 L/min,nitrifying liquid reflux ratio 200%,150% sludge reflux ratio.When optimal parameters were run,the compound hydrolyzed acidification-MBBR combined process COD and ammonia nitrogen processing and TN efficiency were 96.91% and 76.67% and 65.44% respectively.Combination of compound hydrolysis acidification-MBBR process stability before and after the change of the sludge characteristics research,through the microbial biomass and EPS of polysaccharide and protein,sludge of scanning electron microscopy(sem)analysis,and found the combination process starts,micro life activity has greater improvement in the system,more rich biological phase.Through the experiment,the process flow and the optimal parameters of the process are determined,and the practical engineering process modification is conducted.In combination with the water quality of the actual project,the operation condition of the site is analyzed,and the scheme is determined.To start after transforming process,through the treatment effectiveness and sludge property to economic and environmental evaluation of combination process,found in stable operation phase,composite hydrolysis acidification and MBBR combination technology in average processing efficiency of COD,ammonia nitrogen were 98.75%,95.19% respectively.Finally,the composite hydrolyzed acidification-MBBR composite process is not only feasible,but also economical.
