Moving Bed Biofilm reactor (MBBR) is a new effective biological membrane reactor in recent years, developed for the insufficiencies of active sludge method and biological fluidized Bed. With the characteristics of high Processing ability, high efficiency and Performance Stabilize, easy to operate, long sludge age, less sludge and no sludge bulking, MBBR have broad application prospects on transformation of traditional activated sludge treatment plants and the construction of a large number of small and medium-sized towns sewage treatment plants in current domestic.This topic makes sure the best DO and HRT with the packing1, and then contrasts the three kinds of packing’s treatment effect,stable operation characteristics and Resistance performance in the same operation condition in MBBR, and discusses the substrate degradation dynamics constant.Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR), fed with Simulation wastewater, was used to investigate the influence factors of hanging film start-up, with the premise condition of suspended packing1filling rate of40%, the pH of6.3-7.6, the temperature of20-30℃, C/N/P=100:5:1. The experimental results indicate that hanged membrane speed relatively fast when HRT=6h, DO=3mg/L, and COD, NH3-N removal efficiency are high, up to90%. COD removal rate is slightly higher than DO=3mg/L in first5days when DO=1.5mg/L, then COD, NH3-N removal rate are stable around80%,and it go against hanging membrane when DO=5mg/L, the removal rates of COD, NH3-N approximate when HRT=8h and HRT=6h, and higher than HRT=4h and HRT=12h.the packing2and packing3hang membrane under the optimum condition of HRT=6h. DO=3mg/L.The packing1start-up time is longer than packing2and packing3, up to25d, and packing2and3are basic close to18d.packing3most easily hanged film, but the film is not stable and early easy to fall off.Under stable operation condition of HRT=6h, DO=3mg/L, the COD, NH3-N removal rates of the three kinds of packings are high, packing1and packing2above 90%, and packing3slightly less also at around85%; the TN, TP removal rates of the three kinds of packing are generally low, only by more than50%.Three kinds of packings have the resistance on COD concentration of influent suddenly increasing, of which the adaptability of the packing2is best. When the influent increases to150%, three kinds of packing all have certain resistance to influent impact performance, and packing2> packing1> packing3;when the influent increases to300%, resistances to influent impact performance fall sharply, especially packing3has less microorganisms on packing after running a period of time.Kinetics was studied of the removal of organic compounds and NH3-N with MBBR. work out the related dynamic constant Ks and μmax, by regression analysis the test data under different hydraulic retention time, with conditions of influent COD concentration400mg/L, NH3-N concentration20mg/L,...
