For organic compounds,the introduction of the trifluoromethyl group can make the modified molecular has more superior performance.Many molecular with trifluoromethyl show better stability and hydrophilic than before,as a result,this kind of compounds play an important role in many fields of medicine,pesticide and materials.Thus,the study on introducing of trifluoromethyl to molecular become more and more thorough.Visible light has great potential owing to its outstanding advantages such as environmentally friendliness,easily acquisition,and so on.Therefore,through the visible light induced reactions become a hot spot in the field of organic synthesis.Chemists have only just begun to research on visible light induced trifluoromethylation.With the efforts of the chemical workers,the strategy of using visible light has successfully introduced trifluoromethyl groups in various organic molecules.This article explores the introduced of trifluoromethyl to the double bond of olefins under visible light,and then the reaction of cyclization will take place.This method build a relatively easy oxidation reduction system through visible light.Meanwhile,the photocatalyst can be recycled in the reaction system,so during the reaction only need the catalytic amount,which is conform to the concept of green chemistry.This research through screening for trifluoromethyl source reagent,to determine the feasibility and significance of the reaction,so as to set the template selection response,followed by a series of reaction conditions,find out the best reaction conditions of visible light: the substrates with CF3 I as a source of trifluoromethyl source in dry CH3 CN with DABCO as alkaline additives in the presence of Ru(bpy)3Cl2 as photocatalyst under irradiation with blue LED and make this reaction system in nitrogen atmosphere.Under the optimum reaction conditions to expand the 14 kinds of substrate containing different substituent illumination,to explore the applicability of this method.A series of nitrogen heterocyclic compounds containing trifluoromethyl groups were obtained,and the possible mechanism of this reaction was discussed.
