Ammonium perchlorate's thermal decomposition process has a great influence on the propellant's combustion process.Using catalyst can improve the combustion stability,ignition performance and ignition speed of solid propellant.In this article,hydrothermal method and liquid phase reduction method are used to prepare five different morphologies of ZnO particles and Ag/ZnO composite catalyst.Next,research its influence on the thermal decomposition of AP,discuss the catalytic mechanism and provide theoretical basis for the improvement of the performance of the propellant.Five different morphology of ZnO particles are prepared by hydrothermal method,at the same time,TG-DSC and the In-Suit IR technology are used to analyze the effects of size,oxygen vacancy and light auxiliary conditions on the catalytic performance of ZnO crystal.The results show that when the amount of ZnO is 1%,three pyramid ZnO catalytic performance is best.The decomposition temperature of NO,N2 O,HCl and H2O reduces 117?,76?,117? and 114?;In catalytic decomposition system,introducing auxiliary ultraviolet light is go od for ZnO.It can reduce the decomposition temperature of product further.Due to the small size,ZnO has large specific surface area,a lot of oxygen vacancy content,rich catalytic active sites and larger uv exposure area,thus the effect of its catalytic decomposition of ammonium perchlorate is improved.By liquid phase reduction method,metal Ag is deposited on different ZnO particles.At the same time,TG-DSC and the In-Suit IR technology are used to analyze the effects of the content of Ag and light auxiliary conditions on the catalytic performance of Ag/ZnO crystal.The results show that when the content of Ag is 1%,the catalytic performance of the three pyramid Ag/ZnO is best.Ag/ZnO can make the decomposition temperature of N2 O,NO,HCl and H2O reduce 68?,117?,117? and 117?.In addition,visible light auxiliary is also good for the catalytic performance of Ag/ZnO and makes the decomposition temperature of N2 O and NO ahead 19? obviously.Because of loading Ag can improve O vacancy on the surface of the ZnO,rich catalytic active site and enhance the absorption rate of visible light,thus improve the catalytic properties of composite particles.
