In recent years,rivers and lakes,as well as groundwater,have been polluted by varying degrees of pollution,seriously hindering the sustainable development of society and threatening our physical health.Therefore must constantly perfect the construction of drainage system and urban sewage treatment plants,to sewage discharge standard after discharge,so as to reduce pollution,improve the ecological environment of water body.The construction of urban sewage treatment plants is imminent.Based on the second phase of Shanyang County Sewage Treatment Plant in Shangluo City,this paper takes the monitoring and analysis of the influent water volume and water quality of the first phase of Shanyang County Sewage Treatment Plant to determine the scale and design of the second phase of sewage treatment plant Water quality,through the comparison of various treatment processes,select the appropriate treatment process for the project,and determine the design parameters,the main processing structure of the process calculation,analysis of the project produced by the environmental,social and economic benefits.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Through to the first phase of the sewage plant running status quo investigation,combined with the son duong district drainage pipe network present situation and the development of county were analyzed,and determine the size of the second phase of 1.0 x 104 m3 / d.(2)By analyzing the water quality of the first phase of the wastewater plant,the value of the water quality is 85%.The water quality is CODcr=240mg/L,BOD5=170mg/L,SS=270mg/L,TN=33mg/L,NH3-N=22mg/L,TP=2.7mg/L?(3)To compare the process of each processing unit,choose the process of the engineering.The MSBR biological pool was selected by the biochemical processing,which was affected by the restricted conditions.MSBR process is integrated,intensive design,which has the advantages of small area,high degree of automation,no need for two sinks,and dephosphorization.The final process of the phase ii project is determined:The water lock chamber?Coarse grille and sewage pumping station?Fine screen?Vortex grit chamber?Match well?MSBR biological pool?Biochemical water adjustment pool?Flocculation settling basin?Fiber tray filter?Chlorine dioxide disinfection?Measuring the water.(4)After the completion of the second phase,it will greatly reduce the operating load of the current phase of the project,which will reduce the pollution of the surrounding water bodies.Annual environmental pollution reduction expected is COD is 584t?BOD5 is 693.5t?SS is 949t?NH3-N is 62.05t?TN is 65.7t ?TP is 8.03t?Can produce considerable environmental,social and economic benefits.
