Today,with the global energy demand growth,the world economy is more dependent on oil and natural gas and other energy.In recent years,oil and gas transportation technology as an efficient and economical way of oil field is the concern of various countries.Existing oil-gas multiphase pump expose the problem of low efficiency,poor reliability,without internal compression ratio condition,in order to solve these problems and meet the urgent need of torch elimination and natural gas recovery,a new type of oil-gas multiphase pump is proposed.Given the related research of the single cylinder double-action oil-gas multiphase reciprocating pump is still in starting stage,this paper does some theotical and numerical simulation research about flow field of pump cylinder,the numerical simulation and analysis of the working process of the new oil-gas multiphase pump are made by using CFD software Fluent.At last,the operating characteristic of the single cylinder double-action oil-gas multiphase reciprocating pump under gas-liquid two-phase condition is presented.The main studies are as follows.(1)Based on the actual needs of the new pump,estabilish the basic structure model of the single cylinder double-action oil-gas multiphase reciprocating pump,and clarify the structural characteristics and working principle of the pump.(2)By analyzing the dynamic part of the pump and the kinematics,get the motion law of piston,and also the ideal flow equation,and the theoretical flow rate every hour of the pump is obtained.(3)Based on the actual structure of the pump,the geometrical model of the flow field is established.By using the standard turbulence model,dynamic grid technology and UDF user customization program,research the dynamic simulation of the simplified two-dimensional flow field geometry model of the pump.According to the theory of gas-liquid two-phase flow and the basic method of studying flow field,the static pressure,velocity and gas-liquid two-phase distribution of internal flow field are obtained.It is proved that the theoretical design of the single cylinder double-action oil-gas multiphase reciprocating pump is reasonable.(4)Dynamically simulate the change process of the flow field in the inlet-part of the pump.After a certain time iteration is completed,the corresponding flow and pressure data are saved.Based on these data,establish graph about the instantaneous flow rate and the instantaneous pressure change of the inlet and outlet in the inlet part of the pump under different gas rates.And calculate the flow rate of the pump under different gas rates,summarize the law for the subsequent study to provide data support.(5)Calculate the efficiency of the new pump and compare with a variety of oil-gas multiphase pump.
