Low velocity and high water cut oil gas water three phase flow pattern is complicated.The oil and gas phase is very uneven.And there was a significant phase slippage distribution in the pipe.The measurement parameters of the total flow rate and the stalemate rate are mutually coupled.So that on line metering of oil and gas phase flow is extremely difficult.After the three-phase fluid enters the buffer,the velocity is slowed down and the gravity differentiation is carried out.The oil and gas is separated on the line,and the outlet is divided into single phase water,oil-water two-phase and oil-gas-water three-phase flow.Identify outlet flow regime on line to measure each phase flow.Through the multi-phase flow experiment combined with the numerical simulation,the distribution characteristics and evolution rules of the buffer and the influence of the buffer structure on the flow field distribution are studied,and the flow field control method is formed.The salemate rate of POX and the characteristic parameters of flow signals are extracted to achieve the identification of the flow,and measure the flow conversion time.In this paper,a three-phase flow measurement method of low flow velocity and high water content is established,and the theoretical basis is established for the development of three-phase flow measurement instrument for high-water and low-permeability oilfields.In this paper,FLUENT simulation software is used to simulate the workflow of the buffer.The flow pattern of the oil and gas in the simulation is compared with the flow pattern of the three-phase flow in the actual experiment.The flow characteristics of the oil-gas-water three-phase flow in the buffer and the application range of the experimental device show that the buffer can measure the total flow of gas and water between 10-55m3 / d and the total flow of oil,water between 8-40 m3 / d and the total flow of oil-gas-water three-phase between 20-45m3 / d.The measurement accuracy is 5%.And finally draw a conclusion.
