Industrial Production Sewage Treatment Machinery Special_Purpose Equipment Research

Special machinery is a critical equipment in the industrial sewage disposal.Some serious problems were found through the actual investigation and study.The problems is that nowadays the water pollute is becoming more and mote serious and water resources shortage.A special sewage treatment equipment in home need to be imported.However,the special sewage dispose facility are always high cost and very inefficiency of space utilization which lend to larger burden for many small and medium enterprises.In order to improve this situation,the paper analyzed and researched the traditional special mechanical equipment and concretely completed the following work:In combination with the technology of traditional waste water treatment and investigation and study,the paper developed a new sewage disposal facility and craft.For the sake of reducing the floor space and increasing the capacity and efficiency of disposing for equipment,the paper confirmed to make use of the technology of membrane filtration and oil water separation to treat the industry sewage.The design calculation of traditional sewage treatment equipment is studied in this paper in order to completing the structure design of new equipment,which have strong adaptable capacity for industrial sewage treatment and different water quality with various heavy metals and hence can be widely applied into small and medium enterprises.The Pro/E5.0 is used to model and in order to obtain the natural frequency and vibration mode,the modal analysis of the design model is carried out by ANSYS14.0.On this basis,the structure is optimized and improved.FLUENT is used to analyze the rotational flow field of the model.And finally the feasibility of the design is verified.The theoretical and software analysis are combined in this paper to study the process and structure.And a new special small sewage treatment equipment with the advantages of less land occupation and strong capacity is established,which has a certain reference value for industrial sewage treatment.
