Technology Research On Sewage Treatment Using Ceramic Particle Filter

For the oil field in the stage of high water cut development period, in order to solve the problems of water treatment and rejection, several treatment technologies of oil field produced-water are developed, and huge produced-water treatment and rejection system is established. Domestic oil fields generally use"three-step"produced-water treatment scheme of oil removal- coagulation-filtration. Of them, filter plants are the key equipments in the oilfield produced-water treatment, which have direct impact on the purified effect of produced-water. This paper analyzes the existing problems in oilfield produced-water filter plants, and studies the produced-water filtration technology from the aspects of theory, test and industrial application. Performance and application effects of new ceramic filtering material are analyzed, and new ideas are proposed for designing and redeveloping the existing filters.This paper research on the particle filter media filtration theory, theoretically influence filtration efficiency of the factors are analyzed, proposed the theory basis of oil filters sewage filter design. Experimentally study on the main parameters that influence filtration process and the mutual relations of the parameters. It can provide experimental basis for the new ceramic filter design. Through the experimental studies on the ceramic filter traps formula, manufacturing processes and performance to determine suitable oilfield produced water purification treatment filter material, size and filter bed depth.According to the theory and experimental results of the papers, the design and transformation methods of oilfield ceramic filter are proposed. the successful completion of the technological transformation and application of the four walnut shell filter on the XINYI sewage station by the use of research results shows that, compared to other media filters, ceramic filter is more resistant to pollution, renewable good performance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, resistance to filter small, long life and other advantages and it greatly improved the water quality, Ceramic filter has high economic benefits and promote values in the oilfield produced water treatment system.
