In recent years, with the deepening of opening to the world,China has more and more opportunities to undertake industrial transfer. With the introduction of foreign capital, the development of trade promoting economic growth, but also the pollution transfer to China, resulting in a large number of environmental pollution. On the one hand, developed countries through international industrial transfer to China's imports of pollution-intensive products cause a lot of environmental pollution. On the other hand with the economic growth and trade expansion, coupled with extensive economic growth mode makes China's environmental problems become increasingly serious,China's total CO2 emissions has been ranked first in the world,in the face of international conventions and global climate change pressure China's commitment to energy-saving emission reduction increasingly difficult. Therefore, this paper studies the impact of international trade on China's environment based on industrial transfer.Based on the above research background, the CO2 emissions of industrial sectors in China as the main research object,to solve the following two problems, first, whether the developed countries through the industrial transfer of specialized production and export of clean products, and imports of pollution-intensive products from China, making China a "pollution paradise";the second is to study international trade and other factors is how to affect China's industrial CO2 emissions. This paper first reviews the relevant literature and theoretical models, and then examines the development of China's trade economy and the status of environmental pollution. Finally, using the input-output model, net export consumption index and the general equilibrium model of CO2 emission, using the trade data of 21 industrial sectors in China with Germany,Japan, the United States and other developed countries in the world,to author analyzes these two problems. The results show that China's energy saving and emission reduction measures have achieved certain results, and China's participation in the international division of labor has increased, the proportion of foreign CO2 emissions per unit of output implied by the industry to total emissions has increased;Through our country of Germany,Japan and the United States and other trading partners of net export index and its trend of judgment,in the developed countries, not only the pollution industry has been transferred to China, but also some clean industries have been transferred.China has not become a "pollution paradise" in developed countries;an empirical analysis of the impact of international trade on CO2 emissions has shown that CO2 emissions from industrial sectors are reduced when per capital output exceeds a certain level.
