administrative litigation" People's Republic of China,"administrative punishment law" and other laws concerning environmental protection related issues and the provisions of "People's Republic of China nature reserve regulations","dangerous chemicals management Ordinance" and other environmental protection related administrative regulations and normative documents.However,China's environmental protection legislation system is not perfect,according to the law of the environment must be further strengthened.In 2015,after a lapse of more than 20 years,the People's Republic of China Environmental Protection Act was revised again,the length of the revision is worth considering.This article from the relationship of environment and public health to start,through investigation and Research on China's public health law and environmental law enforcement,according to the existing legislative practice in our environmental public health problems should be strengthened,from the trend of the construction of foreign environmental law legislation,proposed the concept of environmental protection and improve the construction of rule of law the environmental legal system,improve public health legislation,improve environmental access standards in public health.First,the emphasis on the importance of environmental law enforcement,defined the responsibilities of the government and the environmental protection department,the environmental protection authority.Two is to focus on the construction of environmental law enforcement organizations and law enforcement process supervision
