With the continuous development of today's society,the steel structure materials are more and more widely used in building trades.For this reason,the competition of steel structure enterprise is becoming more and more fierce.Because the efficiency of traditional steel structure enterprise production is low and the loss is big,the traditional model can't meet the production demands of today's enterprise.How to improve the efficiency of production,reduce the loss and complete the production with good q uality has become the urgent demand of modern steel structure enterprise.With the continuous development of information technology,the management of steel structure enterprise can get technical support from this technology effectively.This article summarizes the steel structure enterprise's production process and the characteristics of production scheduling by practical review.And then the production scheduling optimization algorithm of steel structure enterprise is given by research.The steel structure enterprise manufacturing execution system is realized based on this characteristic and the optimization algorithm.The easiest way to the problem is production scheduling problems in the steel structure enterprise's production process.Workshop production process of the steel structure enterprise is investigated fully in this article.At the same time,the production process requirement analysis and modeling was built by using UML modeling technology.The implementation framework of Steel structure enterprise manufacturing execution system is given based on frame theory and demand model designed.This article has carried on the thorough investigation and study on some steel structure enterprise's production process of Hebei province.Then the solution of the layered method is put forward about the enterprise production scheduling problem.And the production constraints of steel structure enterprise were given also.Multi object mathematical model was built basing the steel structure enterprise.For the production scheduling problem we built Ant-Genetic Algorithm based on mathematical model which combined with the advantages and disadvantages of ant colony algorithm and genetic algorithm.In the end,the simulation result was given and this algorithm was feasible.Finally,we implement the steel structure enterprise's manufacturing execution system according to the above production scheduling techniques and software architecture scheme derived.At the same time,the implementation of various modules of the system interface was introduced carefully.
