Against the background of the decline in the income of traditional furniture production industry,the customized furniture industry has developed rapidly with a growth rate of over 30%.There are more than 10000 manufacturing enterprises,90%of which are small and medium-sized enterprises.Despite the introduction of advanced production equipment,the factories are still in semi-automatic production scheduling,resulting in low efficiency of production scheduling,serious waste of raw materials,and increased labor costs.The cost of raw materials and labor is the most important cost input besides the cost of production machines.Therefore,the research of scheduling algorithm is of great significance to reduce the cost and improve the efficiency of scheduling.In the aspect of scheduling,by designing the scheduling principle and combining with the database,the automatic scheduling module including automatic order loading,immediate scheduling and planned scheduling is realized,which simplifies the operation steps of scheduling personnel,improves the automatic level of scheduling,and realizes the balanced distribution of orders.In the aspect of layouting algorithm,aiming at the problem of obtaining the optimal decoding of the layout and sequencing algorithm,this paper focuses on the realization of the determination of the height of the horizontal line and the width of the area of the lowest horizontal line search algorithm,and sets an example to compare the lowest horizontal line search algorithm with the residual rectangle algorithm,which verifies the relative effectiveness of the former algorithm.In order to further improve the layout utilization,the traditional genetic algorithm is studied,and a calculation example is set to find that the utilization of raw materials is low and the utilization of continuous genetic multi generation is not improved(invalid genetic).To solve this problem,an improved genetic algorithm is proposed,which includes the generation of the primary population,the selection of excellent individuals by region,and the determination of the number of mutation genes by individual excellence.By setting an example to carry out the genetic algorithm comparison experiment,it is verified that the improved genetic algorithm can achieve more than 94% in the utilization rate of sheet metal,and the algebra of the largest invalid genetic algorithm can be controlled within 30 generations.The layout time performance is improved.Finally,the best parameter setting scheme is analyzed by setting different scheduling parameters under different production capacity.On this basis,the automatic scheduling module and alphacam software scheduling are compared from four aspects:software operation environment,parameter setting mode,part acquisition mode and layout effect.Through the production scheduling experiment,it is found that the automatic production scheduling module of the system is very close to the corresponding value of alphacam software in terms of raw material utilization.On this basis,if the planned scheduling time of the system is placed in the non working time period of the processing machine,the scheduling time can be saved by 9.894 min per100m2 on average.In addition,the system can save 1/3 or more labor cost for the factory.And the automatic scheduling of the system is superior to alphacam in operation steps,parameter setting,automation level,operation environment and other aspects.
