This paper is based on research of enterprise product practice and theory,and takes the mechanical drilling blocker as a research object,and analyzes the problems such as poor overall toughness and low life and short life expectancy.The purpose of the study is to improve the strength and service life of the slip with the new material and superfine grain heat treatment,to reach the level of foreign slip,to replace the foreign slip,and to promote the development of domestic oil machinery industry.The results show that the self-developed test steel is tempered at 950 ? twice,and the tempering treatment at 400~600 ? is different.When the tempering temperature is 400~500 ?,the tempering structure is mainly troostite.When the tempering temperature is 500~600 ?,the tempering structure is mainly tempered sorbite.With the increase of tempering temperature,the strength gradually decrease,the hardness remained essentially unchanged,and the impact toughness is slightly increased from 69 J to 82 J.The morphology and distribution of carbides are the main factors affecting the strength and toughness of the test steels.When the test steel is tempered at 500 ?,the dispersion of carbides in the tempering structure,has good comprehensive mechanical properties The In addition,the carbonized surface modification of the test steel can change the stress distribution on the surface and improve the fatigue life.The fatigue source moves from the surface defect to the inferior surface.Under the action of 0.43?b stress amplitude,The surface carbonized specimen increases the fatigue life of the non-carburized specimen by about 31%,both in the order of 105.The tensile and compressive fatigue limits(R =-1)of the surface carburized and non-carburized specimens are between 0.40?b and 0.43?b.
