Superhydrophobic is widely found in nature,such as lotus leaf,bird feathers,strider legs and so on with waterproof,anti-fouling,self-cleaning performance.Superhydrophobic coating is hydrophobic and excellent light transmission used in automotive glass,photovoltaic power generation and other industries.In this paper,SiO2/PDMS coating,SiO2/silicone coating and SiO2 gel coating were prepared by spraying method.We study their hydrophobicity,stability and light transmittance.In addition,the process of rainwater drop was simulated through studying the behavior and energy changes of water on superhydrophobic surface.Preparation of SiO2/PDMS coating and SiO2/silicone composite coating,can achieve super-hydrophobic surface.The hydrophobicity,stability and transparency of SiO2/PDMS coating and SiO2/silicone coating are affected by Si O2 content.The SiO2/silicone coating have better stability and the Si O2/PDMS coating has better transparency.The prepared superhydrophobic coatings have excellent self-cleaning and anti-freezing properties.The SiO2 superhydrophobic coating prepared by sol-gel method has good transparency,but the stability of the coating is poor.The superhydrophobic coating has obvious rough structure,and a large amount of air is stored between the bumps.Superhydrophobic coating has a very good low adhesion,water droplets dripping into the super-hydrophobic surface is easy to bounce.The spread diameter of the water droplets is determined by the initial height and the size of the water droplets.The breakage of the water droplets depends on the initial height h and the volume V,and there is a critical value at the time of crushing.After the water droplets break,the broken small water droplets take a lot of energy,so that the remaining original water droplets bounce height decreases,even inseparable from the solid surface.In view of the above,the coating prepared by spraying method has superhydrophobic properties.SiO2/PDMS coating and SiO2/silicone resin coating stability is better,light transmission is poor.And SiO2 gel coating is better light transmission,poor stability.The behavior and energy change of water droplets impinging on the superhydrophobic surface are analyzed,which provides theoretical guidance for the specific application of the transparent superhydrophobic coating.
