With the increasing depth of coal mining,the threat of coal and gas outburst and other coal and rock dynamic disasters is becoming more and more serious,which seriously restricts the safe production of coal mines.Therefore,improving the accuracy and efficiency of early warning of coal and gas outburst risk has gradually become one of the important technical problems to be solved urgently in coal mine safety production.Because of the influence of different coal seam occurrence characteristics,the commonly used outburst prediction indexes are sometimes outstanding in different mining areas,and their sensitivity is not strong,which greatly affects the accuracy of outburst prediction.Based on this,this paper analyzes the outburst prediction index of the test mine.The sensitivity of different indexes and their critical values are studied,and the advance prediction and visual analysis of the indexes are carried out.The main results are as follows:According to the outburst of coal and gas outburst prediction sensitive index and critical value to determine the problem,through the combination of fuzzy mathematics and probability statistics,a sensitivity function prediction index of different sensitivity of different prediction index were calculated,obtained as a coal mine outburst prediction Wu sensitivity index;based on the measured data by using the "outburst index three" analysis of the sensitive index for the prediction of critical value.The gray prediction model was established to optimize the coal and gas outburst,the grey forecasting model optimized in coal and gas outburst prediction accuracy can be increased;the establishment of fuzzy matter carried out and gas outburst early warning model,with the outburst of "non,light,medium and heavy" level 4 warning level is established;the 3D visualization model of coal and gas outburst by using 3D MAX software,realized the visualization of coal and gas outburst in heading face of danger,and to verify the application.This study is of great practical significance in comprehensively judging the safety status of the driving face and the potential danger ahead,reducing the occurrence of gas disaster and ensuring the safety production of the mine.
