Coal mining destroyed the aquifer.Wulanmulun coal mine stored cranny water of overlying strata and industrial wastewater in goaf and the water stored in goaf is used as production water and living water.Therefore,the underground reservoir system was formed.In practice,it is found that the mined out area has a certain effect on the purification of the sewage but there is little research on this aspect.Based on the engineering background,the adsorption characteristics of four heavy metal ions(Pb),Cd(II),Cr(III)and Mn(II)on caving rock of Wulanmulun coal mine were studied.In this paper,silty mudstone,as the main rock in the roof and floor strata,is studied.X-ray diffraction,X-ray fluorescence and electron microscopy were used to analyze the surface morphology,mineral composition and elemental composition of the silty mudstone and the main physical and chemical properties related to the adsorption of rock samples are obtained.In the laboratory by batch adsorption experiments,the adsorption isotherms,adsorption kinetics,particle size effects and desorption characteristics of Pb(II),Cd(II),Cr(III),Mn(II)were studied.Through the adsorption experiment using standard rock mass,with the combination of adsorption experiment using particle sampled,the function relation of adsorption capacity of per unit area on rock surface and ion concentration in solution was obtained.Speciation of water in goaf is analyzed,calculation formula of specific surface area of water storing in mine out area was deduced and the value estimated range of specific surface area was given;On this basis,the function parameters of the initial concentration,adsorption rate and equilibrium concentration in the process of adsorption were deduced.Mapping and analysis,the adsorption characteristics of the mined out area and the adsorption capacity of four kinds of heavy metal ions in the mined out area are quantitatively given.
