There are abundant coalbed methane resources in China,the amount of resource reaches 36.81×1012m3,speeding up the exploration and development of coalbed methane resources is one of the practical and effective ways to alleviate the shortage of oil and gas resources in China.But on the current situation of coalbed methane development in China,coalbed methane development is still an emerging industry,the degree of exploration and development is low,the basic research and research team is weak,especially the coalbed methane gathering and transportation project is still in the pilot stage,many techniques and processes are not mature enough,safety production management standards are inconsistent,and the equipment qualities are uneven.This paper takes the Shizhuang block of the China United coalbed methane company as the study area,and it uses Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process?AHP?and fuzzy set value statistics to analyze the management quality of the coalbed methane gathering equipment in the study area,the evaluation model is established by the combination of three methods: the hierarchical structure model,the fuzzy set value statistics method and the expert evaluation method.On this basis,this paper adopts the object oriented development method,uses Visual Studio 2012 development platform,C# language,SQL Server 2014 database,constructs the quality management model of coalbed methane gathering and transportation equipment in the study area,and it realizes the record of equipment failure types and the evaluation of equipment management quality in the study area.Through system integration,the management quality evaluation system of coalbed methane gathering and transportation equipment is formed,the actual data of the study area are verified,the results show that the system is practical and feasible,so this paper provides a feasible method for the quantitative evaluation of the management quality of the coalbed methane gathering equipment.
