With the further implementation of the national reform of the supply front, economic transformation and development become urgent, and the shortage of water resources is getting much more serious.Water shortage is not only related to economic development, but also have an influence on social life, science and technology education, health and other aspects of life.Since 1980 s,China's reclaimed water reuse has had a history of nearly 40 years, and the reclaimed water reuse system has been used in some domestic residential communities, colleges and universities,as well as large hotels, which contributed to cost saving, reducing wastewater emissions. However, there is no comprehensive research conducted on the allocation scheme, comprehensive evaluation and cost-benefit Analysis on reclaimed water reuse.Based on the models built from three typical reclaimed water reuse schemes in Xuzhou's residential communities,as well as cost-benefit analysis, the optimal allocation scheme of reclaimed water reuse is put forward, which will provide reference for policy planning of reclaimed water reuse in Xuzhou city and has some practical significance and study value.Based on the Analysis on the current situation of reclaimed water reuse in Xuzhou City, this paper conducts study on reclaimed water reuse in three typical residential communities from Xuzhou XS district,China KY University, and Xuzhou HG hotel respectively.First of all,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),combined with grey relational analysis method,is used to layer the target.During this progress, the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)determines the weight value of greening, flushing, reservoir, car washing and cost by using reclaimed water reuse.Secondly, the Analysis on population demand, facilities construction and operating cost in residential communities is made, providing data support for the determination of reclaimed water reuse scheme. In addition, this paper puts forward the allocation scheme of reclaimed water reuse in residential communities, and makes a comprehensive evaluation of the scheme by grey relational analysis method. Finally, the net present value method is used to evaluate the net present value of reclaimed water reuse project in three kinds of residential communities within the approved period of time, and to demonstrate the feasibility of the project. The results, based on gray relational analysis method, show that reclaimed water should be reused as much as possible in architectural design when it is suitable,On the basis of considering the total amount of reclaimed water, the demand for reclaimed water and the additional cost of using reclaimed water. In addition, environmental cost-benefit analysis,as a method of economic argumentation,is carried out for the the optimal scheme. The study of this paper will be helpful to the policy making of urban reclaimed water reuse and to provide reference for the evaluation of the comprehensive benefits of reclaimed water reuse projects in other cities.
