In this paper, put forward a new cooling technology the cold-wall cooling technology to solve the problem of thermal pollution with the reason of high heat flow fron the high-temperature wall. By combining the methods of experiment and numerical simulation, major study on the heat exchanger which covered 25% of the area of roadway wall. Set up a model of roadway experiment platform to take the study on the heat efficiency and thermal conductivity of water film plate. The results showed that heat efficiency and thermal conductivity of water film plate was nothing with flow rate. the thermal conductivity of heat exchanger is 0.01 W/?m·K? , the system heat efficiency is 85% and the single heat efficiency is 41%.Designed experiments to study the heating curve of the roadway model by the effects of the thermal insulation material. It is effective to decrease the temperature by laied the insulation material and the PEP pearl cotton was chosen as the experimental materials, through three operating conditions designed, obtained the roadway heating curve equation as follows: T?t?=T?-?T?-T0?×0.9980.1t. It will decrease 13.4% of the roadway temperature raise by laied the insulation material; and decrease 37.0% of the temperature raise by laied the water cooling; when combined the insulation material and water cooling,the roadway temperature raise will decrease 41.7%.By Fluent fluid calculation software, conducted the numerical simulation of water film plate heat exchanger research experiment to study the cooling parameters,and the results of numerical simulation and actual experimental results is the same.Under the condition of ventilation, make the numerical simulation of the cold -wall cooling technology. Increase ventilation wind speed and reduce ventilation temperature can cool down the roadway, especially when reduce ventilation temperature The cooling effect is obvious. Simulate the actual coal mine road cooling,By simplifying the heat exchanger model, the simulation is feasible based on the experimental data of heat exchanger.
