With the rapid development of industrial and mining technology advances,shallow recoverable reserves of coal resources gradually decrease,coal mining depth extends continuously,followed by high temperature hot against rising threat of mine,the mining face of deep mine due to the high temperature of surrounding rock,mechanical and electrical equipment and personnel as well as the characteristics of hot air into the mined-out area,leading to underground mining face become hot one of the most serious area,in order to guarantee normal safety mining working face,the need for effective governance.The treatment of heat damage in high-temperature coal mining working face mainly starts from three aspects: one is to accurately predict the air flow temperature in the working face and the inlet and outlet air lane;the other is to take measures to effectively block the heat source that can be isolated;the third is to formulate reasonable cooling technical measures and realize intelligent control of cooling equipment.Based on air temperature prediction of high temperature working smart cooling mechanism research,mainly including the coalface main heat source and the calculation of heat release,and out hot air heat source heat conduction inside the minedout area of the law on working face merry,effective method to block heat source in mined-out area under pressure uniform ventilation mode,heat source under the influence of working face more romantic temperature field change law of working face and the wind into the return air lane temperature prediction,the cooling system reasonable layout and intelligent control methods from several aspects.In this paper,the airflow temperature under the influence of multiple heat sources on the high-temperature working face is reasonably predicted and the corresponding intelligent cooling strategy is designed by combining field investigation and measurement,theoretical analysis and deduction and numerical simulation calculation.Taking the 74104 working face of Zhangshuanglou Mine as the research object,it is determined that the 74104 working face presents the characteristics of seasonal high temperature heat damage through field measurement of airflow temperature at each characteristic point of the main ventilation route,and the airflow temperature of the shaft and roadway in summer high temperature period is significantly higher than that in other seasons.Through the theoretical analysis of mined-out area,a state of fluid flow and heat transfer,sure heritage in the goaf coal oxidation heat release,and numerical simulation model is established on this basis,analyzed the different heat source distribution location of internal temperature field distribution of mined-out area and the influence law of return air sliding sideways wind temperature,in order to effectively alleviate the pressure of the working surface cooling system,reduce cooling costs,mined-out area by using pressure ventilation way,heat source,and puts forward corresponding methods of return air lane local-ventilator is reasonable decorate.On the basis of ignoring the influence of hot air in goaf,COMSOL numerical simulation software is used to study the change rule of air flow temperature in working face under multiple heat sources.The results show that: The air temperature in the front section of the working face increases nearly linearly with the flow distance.The air temperature in the absolute heat source intensive area in the middle section of the working face increases more than that in the front section,and the air temperature in the back section of the working face flowing through this area gradually increases less and finally reaches a relatively stable value.Based on the analysis of the above research,according to the energy conservation equation and heat balance equation of the working face and the wind into the return air lane thermodynamic model is established,on the working face and reasonable forecast wind temperature into the return air lane,and to design the working face wind temperature and cold quantity of intelligent computing software,combined with proven reliability analysis to the actual measured data.Is given according to the 74104 face of existing cooling system configuration,targeted layout plan,determine the best air cooler unit of 74104 face arrangement site for the 800 m distance of working face,air cooler rated refrigerating power of 900 k W unit,as the change of coal face "of the four seasons temperature can be adjusted dynamically refrigeration power,on the premise of guarantee safety work reduces the amount of cold waste,conforms to the mine safety and efficient green intelligent production concept.There are 33 figures,17 tables and 93 references in this paper.
