With the development of human society and the gradual depletion of fossil resources,the solar energy,as a clean energy resource,has attracted widespread interest.The common organic solar cell are usually used to polymer or small molecules with fullerene derivatives receptor blend film as the active layer.The organic solar cell,based on non-fullerene acceptor material,the photoelectric conversion efficiency has improved gradually.Perylene imide,as the non-fullerene acceptor material,which show the best photovoltaic performance.The thesis mainly focuses on perylene,design and synthesis of a series of anhydride class electron acceptor compounds.And research on its properties.The specific contents are as follows:1.We designed and synthesized three anhydride class electron acceptor compounds consisting of benzene,furan and thiophene structure unit,which used4-Formylphenylboronic,2-Formylfuran-5-boronic,5-Formyl-2-thiopheneboronic acid with long-chain anhydride four bromine compounds coupling.Then,they are reacting with malononitrile and obtain the aim products,whereas confirmed the structure using MALDI-TOF.The three compounds also have good solubility,they can dissolve in common solvents like CH2Cl2 and THF.These compounds have high value of ultraviolet absorption and fluorescence emission values,of which the compound consisted on the structural unit of benzene,which shows obvious red shift phenomenon.They also have strong fluorescence in the film,and where have the red shift phenomenon compared solution,that because the phenomena of aggregation in the film.We have tested the compounds W2 and W3 in the matter of solar cell,the result shows that the PCE of W2 is 1.79(4)and W3 is 0.39(4).The reasons for this phenomenon is the purity of compounds are not high enough.2.We designed and synthesized a short-chain anhydride class electron acceptor compound which contains-CN,and characterized the structure and optical properties.When we test the energy conversion efficiency in the solar cell device,failed to getthe specific data.Because of the large molecular conjugation and poor solubility.On the basis,we increased the compound of the alkyl chain length,and synthesis the long-chain compound containing-CN.The compound has good solubility,can dissolve in common solvents,such as: CH2Cl2 and THF and so on.Then we test the ultraviolet and fluorescence of the two compounds,their ultraviolet absorption and fluorescence emission values are very closed.They also have strong fluorescence in the film,and where have the red shift phenomenon compared solution,that because the phenomena of aggregation in the film.
