Magnetic dispersive solid-phase extraction?MDSPE?is one of the most widely used sample pretreatment technologies,which derives from the theory of solid phase extraction and magnetic separation,and has advantages of simplicity,rapidity,economy and so on.The core of MDSPE is adsorbent,which can be obtained by functional modification of magnetic particles.Ionic liquids?ILs?are widely applied in material preparation due to its wide range of solubility,good stability and adjustability.In order to increase adsorption mechanism of traditional materials,different ionic liquids were used to modify the surface of magnetic materials,and obtained materials with the characteristics of easy separation,fast mass transfer rate and rich adsorption mechanism.Furthermore,the adsorption performances of the prepared materials were characterized and investigated.In Chapter one,the principle and characteristics of MDSPE was summarized,especially the development of magnetic adsorbent and ILs.The research progress of ionic liquid modified magnetic materials and its application were summarized.In Chapter two,magnetic material Fe3O4@PMAA-IL was prepared by grafting ionic liquid onto oleic acid coated magnetic particles through aqueous suspension polymerization,which occupies the good characteristics of ionic liquid and magnetic materials.Various parameters affecting preparation process and adsorption performance were investigated,and the material was characterized by SEM,FTIR,XRD,etc.The results showed that Fe3O4@PMAA-IL possessed super paramagnetism,good reusability,and multiple adsorption mechanism.In Chapter three,magnetic core was synthesized by chemical co-precipitation preparation and modified with silanization for synthesis of Fe3O4@SiO2@AMPS/IL that possessed polymer layer composed by ionic liquid and functional monomer through grafting reaction.The obtained material was characterized and its adsorption performance was investigated.Due to the addition of ionic liquid,the surface functional groups of Fe3O4@SiO2@AMPS/IL increased,which enriched the adsorption mechanism of the obtained materials.
