China is the country that resource of a fresh water badly and the per capita consumption of water is low.Meanwhile,there are some other problems,such as uneven distribution of water resources and the pollution of water is serious.When there are major natural disasters,the local areas of traffic may be temporarily cut off.In this case how to ensure adequate and reliable drinking water in the affected area has become a big problem.In order to solve this problem,an integrated water purifier for the treatment of micro-polluted water comes into being.In this case,the water purifier should have some characteristics,such as small size,the high quality of the treated water for drinking.The purpose is to micro-polluted water for resource utilization.Through repeated access to information,combined with the current domestic and foreign advanced micro-polluted water treatment technology,we designed and built the device.The device is divided into four parts: raw water pump lifting link,biochemical aeration link,biological activated carbon and filter element adsorption link and ozone oxidation.In order to ensure the treatment effect of the micro polluted water and accumulate the data of the operation of the device so that it can be used in practical application,the experimental study of the device was carried out.This is the first test process through the study of biochemical aeration and ozonation and biological activated carbon for treatment of micro polluted water,in the combined process based on the improvement and design of integrated water purifier for treatment of micro polluted water,and carried out a series of experimental research on integrated water purifier.The experiment is divided into three parts,research part of combined process? the test run operation of the integrated water purifier part and the formal operation of the integrated water purifier partThe research part of combined process:the first pares studied the advantage of using multi-process in comparison with single process and tested out the best time of each process.When the biochemical time was 7h,the ozone oxidation time was 20 min,the activated carbon adsorb was 20 min.,the removal rate of CODMn,ammonia nitrogen,turbidity and chroma were 84.66%,99.65%,87.50%,and 96.35% respectively.The test run operation of the integrated water purifier part: On the basis of the first stage,we developed an integrated water purifier and increase the amount of micro polluted water treatment.In order to improve the water quality and the effluent can be directly drinkable,increase the adsorption filter link.The ozone oxidation process is placed after the biological activated carbon.(This can reduce the possibility of increasing the pathogenic bacteria in water).The integrated water purifier is arranged in the order of processing order for the treatment of water,biochemical aeration,bio-activated carbon and filter adsorption and ozone oxidation.In this test,the surface water is treated by the integrated water purifier.The influent rate is 10L/d?15L/d and 20L/d.This stage by monitoring the influent and effluent water's TN,TP,ammonia nitrogen,chroma,turbidity,CODMn,UV254 and UV410,several indexes of water quality to reflect the operation state of integrated water purifier.When the influent water is quality for the ? class and inferior ? class of water the effluent water meet the " standards drinking water quality "(GB 5749-2006).The formal operation of the integrated water purifier part:In this chapter,the test process is basically the same as the trial run.The formal operation is continuous,and the trial run is interrupted.Sampling points in addition to raw water and water also increased the biochemical aeration and bio-activated carbon and filter section of the deter??ation of effluent.The formal operation is started after the trial run part ends.Formal operation stage,the water flow rates are 10L/h,15L/h and20L/h,each rates is divided into two different batches of test.Through the test of six different batches in the formal operation stage:The flow of one and two batches is 10L/h,three and four batches is 15L/h,five or six batches is20L/h.Based on the formal operational stage of the six different batches of test and deal with the various aspects of TN,TP,ammonia nitrogen,chroma,turbidity,CODMn,UV254 and UV410 index monitoring,In the formal part of the operation process,we got that the average removal rate of TN?TP and ammonia nitrogen are 10.83%?24.24%and 72.39%.When the rate is 15L/h,both of them get the best effect.The average removal rates of CODMn,chroma,turbidity,UV254 and UV410 are 66.40%,66.23%,82.78%,63.64%and 65.81%,and both are optimal when the water flow rate is 10L/h.Biochemical aeration in all aspects of integrated water purifier has the largest contribution for the rate of removal of TN,TP,ammonia nitrogen and turbidity,and biological activated carbon and filter element adsorption link has the largest contribution for the rest indexes.When the influent water quality is more than 6mg/L,the effluent ammonia nitrogen content is not up to standard,and in the rest situation,CODMn,ammonia nitrogen,chroma,turbidity can meet the"Standards Drinking Water Quality"(GB5749-2006).
