Conceptual Design On Centralized Disposal Of Hazardous Waste And Medical Waste In A City

It's a key problem of this paper,being also one of the main research contentto find a set of manageable,relatively high processing technology level,how to effectively control the secondary pollution treatment technology in a city present situation of medical waste and hazardous waste treatment.In this paper,the research of centralized treatment of hazardous waste and medical waste engineering in a city,can make the region establish a unified,perfect supervision and management system,and carry out the whole process of monitoring for hazardous waste collection,storage,transportation,and disposal of the implementation,to prevent loss of waste and ensure that the centralized treatment.The conceptual design is of guiding significance to the construction and actual operation of the hazardous waste centralized disposal project in China.Thisarticle introduces the medical waste and hazardouswaste source,category,quantity and disposal status of a city firstly,and reviewed the technology and the existing problems of medical waste and hazardous waste treatment at home and abroad and the current medical waste and hazardous waste treatment industry common technology,through the comparison of different schemes,according to the hazardous waste and medical waste disposal requirements are different,different processing capacity and the source of targeted selection by incineration disposal of hazardous waste,medical waste treatment by high temperature steam sterilization method,that is to set a new high temperature steam treatment facilities for the disposal of medical waste,at the same time,a new set of incineration hazardous waste treatment facilities,and the whole process scheme and two pollution control measures are designed.There are advantages by using rotary kiln incineration treatment of hazardous waste,such as processing thoroughly,obvious waste reduction.The treatment object are the organic resin,waste tar and so on,flammability,burning method processing can be fully recycled burns calories,incineration flue gas form a complete set of mature"cyclone dust + half dry quenching tower + lime + spray deviceactivated carbon injection device + bag filter combination + wet spray tower combined process",to ensure that emissions standards.Using high temperature steam sterilization treatment of infectious and traumatic medical waste,subsequent processing is very convenient,at the same time the following characteristics are low operating cost,less secondary pollution,not produce dioxins,easy management,stable operation,etc.The waste water produced by the sediment pool+ dechlorination process,and the exhaust gas using 0.2 micron membrane filtration +activated carbon adsorption process,which can be discharged by the standard.
